Im not a snitch. But having all of that raw meat so close to the prepared food is a big health code flag. Food looks good! And none of it bothers me - but just careful on putting this online for people to freak out over. Much love!
This all took place in our prep kitchen, the pasta noodles being prepared in the background are par cooked. Everything in our process is up to code. The health inspector actually eats at our restaurant a couple times a week, so we take that as a really good sign 😅 Always appreciate the comment, especially when it's someone trying to help keep us in line!
Why use peat moss and not water based culture?
You know, I'm not to sure. That would have been a great question to ask while we were there 😅
