At your level, lower roshamuul is your best option until you unlock charms and gain some more levels to start hunting West. 500+ is safe to start with very limited uses of utito. In relation to your equipment, ghost chestplate works fine with fabulous legs, or even a tier 2 prismatic armor is BiS at your level until you can afford a gnome armor. Lion spangenhelm pretty much has no difference to using a coif here and is a much cheaper alternative. Bow of cataclysm also works great here, until you can afford a falcon bow/soulbleeder. Lastly, sleep shawl + prismatic ring is a must at lower levels for maximum physical protection. Ideally, you will kite until the monsters are low yellow, where you can safely box and kill.

Usually depends on your route, and are you utito'ing every pull? XP varies a lot nowadays. Unfortunately I can't show you the raw XP since it was not released at the time

Strictly hunt for profit and do daily bosses that drop high value items (Oberon, drums, etc.) Otherwise if you have some expendable cash irl, get some tibia coins and buy the BIS items

Dodge on the frazzles help significantly when boxing. I also have a soulbleeder which increases my crit damage so that I life/mana leech more off my attacks. And yea, I only use ult spirits which is the best when utito'ing

Elite skeletons and deathlings. I'm going to try DT seal in ferumbras ascension soon

Summer elves, do 3 pulls in castle and 3-4 inside TP i was doing 12kk/h on 560 ED with 640 RP with an exp prey and boost
