Sometimes I tamper with the color knob in the main page,and the overtones in the tweak page. That adds sympathetic resonance. But if you go too far it can sound less real.

No, it was actually recorded on a 200A Wurlitzer. As I don't own the real thing I use a good digital counterpart on the Keyscape Library.

Thanks a lot! I'm glad you liked it. Well, I like to tweak a bit the pianos I use. In the case of piano V3, I usually start by a patch made with the American Grand model, and touch here and there to make it more suitable to the piece I intend to play, or just how I feel that day! Though I'm biased to Piano V3 because I know it better. Noire from native Instruments is another great piano, one of my favorites, though it doesn't respond to soft pedal, I wish they do an update on this. Terrific for Rock, Jazz, Cinematic, Atmospheric, but I don't really like it it for classical. Maybe I am wrong, but I feel it that way. Which One I recommend for Practice? Either Noire or Piano V3, if you match the velocity response to your own midi controller. Noire sound better, but there is something about Piano V3 I like, and is the recreation of the sympathetic resonance of the strings, and the way repeated notes react. It is just more natural and expressive. Right now I am practising some Chopin, Beethoven and Brahms, and I must say that I am in Love with NOIRE at this moment. For adjusting the velocity curves: Piano V3 can do it by running a test of your keyboard's extreme and average velocities when you click on the target icon on top of the velocity curve, in the advanced page. NOIRE allows you to select the type of velocity curve applied. For my yamaha CP4 stage I pick the "Kontrol S88" curve, because I guess the curve is similar in most weighted piano action keybeds. I typically practice using Piano V3 and Noire piano. I was curious about your opinion on which one would be more suitable for classical music. I've also explored Keyscape piano, and although I like it, I find it not as ideal for classical pieces, in my opinion.(doesnt feel right under fingers) When practicing at home, I use the Korg D1 as a controller (RH3), and I really enjoy it. However, I usually practice on an acoustic upright piano. I have a deep appreciation for the music of Chopin and Brahms, knowing their works quite well. Currently, my focus is on Robert Schumann's etudes based on Paganini's Caprices-specifically, Opus #3 and Opus #10. I find Schumann's arrangements extraordinary, particularly preferring them over Liszt's, for example. I am currently working on Opus #3 No. 1, Opus #10 No. 3, along with Brahms' 116 No. 1 and 2. Your videos have been a great source of inspiration for me. Your rendition of Bach (other vid) inspired me to delve into his pieces as well(again). Of course, Chopin always holds a special place in my heart. I absolutely agree that adjusting velocity curves is crucial for me. It makes a significant difference in my practice. ​@@sd65165 Wow, you are up to quite serious repertoire. Schumman's etudes are quite hardcore. You seem to have greater skills than me. I try to avoid virtuosistic pieces, and focus in enjoying. I do not consider myself a classical piano soloist though I was classically trained. I am rescueing pieces I worked on decades ago when I was preparing my diplomas. Honestly, I never played them well enough, but now I know how to practice... So, keep up and go for it, record some videos for your channel!

@@musicprofesser Thank you very much.My skill is not better, we're pursuing different goals. Mine is centered around mastering a few chosen etudes from Chopin, Bortkiewicz, and Schumann, a goal that's still in progress. Typically, I engage with less demanding pieces and occasionally venture into more modern compositions. I use my Mac and Logic to record myself, with a focus on audio for progress assessment. I've allocated a couple of months to polish each etude, recognizing the importance of discipline, time, and motivation. Your videos serve as a vital source of inspiration for me. While skill is crucial for advanced pieces, discipline and a metronome are equally indispensable, of course. I have a deep appreciation for Schumann's pieces and am contemplating recording some for TH-cam. This is all still a work in progress. Anyway, I enjoy your Brahms and Bach videos, as well as your rendition of Chopin's Nocturne Op. 25, No. 2. 🎵💫 Thank You so much for the Presets and Your Time )))

Hola. Sí has empezado hace poco con el teclado es buen momento para aprender la digitación correcta. Y esto no sólo te va a servir para tocar escalas, sino para crear en ti un reflejo inconsciente para digitar cualquier cosa. Si aprendes a asignar cada escala a su grupo y aplicarle estas digitaciones, a base de repetir lenta y conscientemente pasará a ser un gesto automático, como cambiar las marchas de un coche, o agarrar un bolígrafo.
