My first playthrough,I had iron warhammer,Dragon deaths were cool
Yeah, I've gotten to where I don't even try any more. If I happen by and Aela says her piece, I just dismiss the conversation before she's done. Not worth it, IMO. It doesn't prevent you from joining the companions anyway.

Usually, even with running, by the time i get within sight of the giant, they are already killing it.
Game is trash
Big talk for someone who is level capped to what level you are when you first met then ends up being useless as a follower for the Companions quest line. (At least she iant as worthless as farkas)
They don't really give up time to help
You gotta be playing on a higher difficulty or spam stamina potions as the desperately run to try to get in a single hit for the one time compliment from aela
My first play through I somehow didn’t fall into the stealth archer trap, I played a two handed axe and didn’t join the companions until way later because she ran her mouth 🙄
Now tell her the Companions sounds like a waste of time!
