An Instagram post from the university came up and the people graduating were my first and second-year classmates. Now I'm on TH-cam, and this video is being recommended to me😂. I sitting here asking myself where I got it wrong and wondering if I'll ever graduate.

I got kicked out of accounting TWICE, and gave up on my third try. I was more talented in convincing institutions to keep taking me back more than the actually courses I was studying. Became street hustler and worked odd jobs and even a taxi driver. I eventually got tired of living that life and decided to go get my life back, so I went back to study and despite my horrific academic record, I managed to convince the Compsci to admit me into IT. I got special permission to enroll into IT and i ended Up graduating cumlaude twice in a row. Today I'm gainfully employed in a well paying gig and as side gig I also create software for businesses and startups. Even if graduated successfully in my first degree, I would have never in a million years had the same earning potential as I do now. Academic exclusion was painful but it was the best thing to happen to me because it steered me into where I was truly destined to be. That pain also helped my to grow a thick skin which has become very handy in the industry. Once you study working you quickly realize that the industry is very cut throat and people always want to break so that you move out of their way and allow them to get your job. But when you have been through hell and back during your varsity days, such people are nothing more than a small nuisance that can never shake you because you have been molded by fire. If you are reading this and you suffering academic setbacks, don't let it break your spirit or put you into depression. This pain you are feeling is very important to shape you into the person you need to become. Don't give up, keep trying new courses or new opportunities.
