Com petg eu não tentei mais se tiver muito paciência e um forno com regulagem de temperatura talvez dê certo O problema e que o petg precisa ficar mais quente pra ''evaporar'' e isso pode prejudicar o gesso

fala amigo o problema não e o sal e sim o cálcio das conchas eu nunca tentei porem deve funcionar, se quando vc estiver escoando o alumínio e começar a sair muita fumaça do molde provavelmente não vai da certo! deixe ai nos comentários se deu certo por favor quero saber também!

Amido de milho (Maizena) era um experimento que eu tava fazendo da pra usar mais não e o melhor
amigo um pergunta tenho pecas em resina feito na impressora , são pequenas 11cm de altura por 3 de largura , você achar que essa técnica seria boa pra tirar em metal e ficar liso ou sempre vai ter micro furos da areia ?
Vcs esqueceu de falar a espessura, bom pelos teste q eu fiz estilo moeda assim o mínimo de espessura q eu consegui colocar foi de 7 mm menos q isso o alumínio tem q está muito quente e ainda tenho dúvidas se dá certo
Respondendo sua pergunta este tipo de areia artesanal sempre vai ter estes mini buraquinhos. Mais talvez uma areia de certo nunca testei ela se chama petrobond eu não se se vende no Brasil, mais se for pra este lado prepare o bolso q até lá fora está areia e cara
Dependendo como e está sua peça se vc for fazer só uma tenta ir para o Lost pla e feita com gesso tem vídeo aí no meu canal ela sai muito mais rico em detalhe porém vc perde a peça aí teria q fazer ela em pla ou uma resina de fundição q existe e vender no Brasil mais não sei o preço
@@CastingCraft Primeiramente muito obrigado pela atenção. Realmente procurei pela areia petrobond e não tem aqui 😔. Vou tentar fazer como da coruja só que tirar o molde e fazer as pecas em ceras ver se da certo, nesse caso com um molde consigo tirar varias peças
Tenta tirar o seu nome com mold de silicone depois faz de cera ! Boa sorte torcendo pra q de certo aqui!

What material did you use ? I am guessing aluminium ? Pewter or ZAMAC should do much better. Also preheat the mold first and use some very fine charcoal dust inside the mould

Está areia eu comprei em uma loja de brinquedo pra teste a famosa areia Kinect, mais algumas estudos q eu vi mais ou menos 5 kilos de areia para 100 gramas de melaço tem q deixa a mistura descansar pelo menos umas 8 horas a primeira vez depois disso quando acrescentar areia e o melaço e pode usar em seguida sem esperar
