What's the last stop for route 462
That would be the Meijer’s up in Auburn Hills, MI (NORTHBOUND). And for SOUTHBOUND, that would be Jefferson Ave & Beaubien St in Downtown Detroit (near the riverwalk).
I haven't explored this area of Detroit, MI but one day when I return, I need to check this place out
Definitely! And this is around 8 Mile (near Woodward) mind you. They got a huge plaza right next door with Tesla Charging Stations 😂. I appreciate you for the comment though 🙏
The Worst Bus 😂
They make the 1200s look like kings 😂
It happened again.
Now you would normally see this on the XDE40s or the NABI 40 LFW Hybrids
Exactly, I’m surprised no accidents were reported on Ashburton, given how tight it is. But it goes to show that it’s about the driver behind the wheel not just the bus itself.
Does that even still work?
A lot of them did, believe it or not. The same for the Neoplans.
Old vs New
Yes. I got to go with the Old. Them engine sounds never miss
I hope ride this route before the shorties retire.
Ik this is late, but is there an update on that? I’m not in NY 🤔
@ Yeah they are no longer operating with Liberty Lines. There are a few left at PTLA Enterprises.
@@tfp_4215 Oh wow, that’s amazing! I gonna miss those Detroit Diesel Engines. Thanks for sharing that 💛✨
@@samitherailfanner7146 No problem!
666? evil bus?
Maybe that Bee was a free spirit 😂
7:08 I just don’t know why the NABI Hybrids say the Routes so loud😮
Honestly, Don’t know either 😂 probably an ADA thing. Personally tho, I liked the Neoplan’s volume 🥴
It’s a 2018 New Flyer XDE60
2012? It’s a 2018 New Flyer XDE60
Thanks for the correction man 🙏✨💛
Perhaps, Motor City sums it up.
The dwell times seem excessive. More likely to see a dinosaur than a person on the people mover.
Lmaoo 😂
This thing is useless
How So?
Damn, 305 when it was brand new 🔥
Haha, it’s probably tore up and packed with a whole bunch of mileage today 😂
Ton of reasons people kept going: Pass Times Sqaure, Fort/Cass, Renaissance Center, Bricktown and Cadilliac Center.

Amazing views. Detroit elevated rail designer did an amazing job. The city's el reminds me a lot of my city's el here in Chicago
Oh cool, you are from Chicago! Care to share what you find interesting about the CTA? I heard that the (L) line in NYC came from the Chicago El. Thank you.
i mean, ya know, besides no one using it, would probably be ok if it had an actual network to connect to
and it going in one direction......
@@samitherailfanner7146 I love the ease of the CTA being color coded so it is pretty easy to figure out. Also, the CTA goes to so many areas. I would say one thing that is not talked about is METRA. In Chicago, we have CTA for the city and METRA bringing suburban residents and some in Wisconsin into the city. Last year, METRA alone had 14.1 million riders on a pandemic down year. The CTA gets about 800k riders a day for both the rail and buses which is about 1.6 million riders a day. I believe other Midwest cities could get large numbers of riders if the investment was there. Public transportation saves so much time and make you day run much smoother. I keep up with Detroit because it is my favorite city to visit with my favorite downtown.
@@trongriffinproductions7159 I agree, Midwestern cities have the railway potential for becoming very connected. Just like how the Northeast corridor exists for the northeast, the Midwest has the railway potential to connect to its major cities (Chicago, Milwaukee, Detroit, etc..) with Chicago being the central city. So in summary, Chicago proves the railway potential in the midwest and how it could be just as connected as the tri state region in New York (using its existing railway infrastructure).
no
It's nice they have the Q in the city. In the future, hopefully it will extend to 8 mile and into the suburbs on Woodward Ave.
Yeah, that would be cool to see. Not only would that increase commuter options around Upper Detroit, but it would also bring Q-Line Access to residents living in Highland Park and Southern Oakland County. Thanks for sharing lad 🙏
looks just like the scarborough rt
They both have similar models 😂😂
and scarborough rt looks just like vancouver skytrain lol
@@someguyontheinternet9683 is skytrain that iconic?
@@Scar32uhhhh yeah it is
I noticed that the Times Square, Fort/Cass, Renaissance Center, and a couple other stations were skipped. I also tapped the stations on Apple Maps, but they show that there are no upcoming departures. Do you know why?
I’m sure the skip stops have to do with the limited number of people accessing these stations. But then again, I am not so sure either 😅
It reopened with some of the stations still closed. As of mid September, 10/13 are now open.
They were only serving a handful of stations or as they called it limited service, they had to do some work to the closed stations. As of right now, only 11 out of 13 stations are open, they did reopen a few a couple months ago.
@@Jamestube8439 Ok :)
That trip has been happening for a while now. It runs the W30 to Bronxville at 6:53AM, and then deadheads to Getty to run the W6 to Executive Park. Then the bus deadheads again to Getty to run the W9. A 40ft can also run this trip meaning that it would run the W9.
Oh I didn’t know it also ran on the W30. Thanks for sharing bro!
Nice Catch

Im a choo choo train and I approve this video!!!
Thanks for the love Tim 🙏❤️
It’s a school tripper they have been using this XDE60 since September no clue why There is also another XDE60 that’s runs on the W8 around 6am to tuckahoe but nice catch here
What makes this more interesting is the fact that an XDE60 managed to cut through Nodine Hill (specifically in-between Elm and Walnut street). The real question is…how?? 😭😭 but thanks for the details 🙏
@@samitherailfanner7146 Unfortunately this trip doesn't go through Elm and Walnut streets basically this is a express version of the W8 that runs on Nepperhan avenue the whole way neither the morning trip goes that way either the morning trip starts at the bus depot 475 Saw Mill river road then operates to the Tuckahoe train station and deadheads to start the W7 (I am wondering how a XDE60 can even fit in the train station as that I know isn't possible The only reason they made this W8 trip with a XDE60 was because the other school tripper routes the 412,413,422,423,471,473,483 the new routes etc can only use Orion 5s/NABIs because of the turns along the W32 route (As that's the route they follow) Over the summer oddly enough there was a XDE60 that ran on the W55 every weekday around 12pm and I have heard of a XDE60 running on the last W25 on Sundays
@@Phineascharles10th-cam.com/video/WFEtJxY11jQ/w-d-xo.htmlsi=B3Uo5apIZvD6UxbG
what a waste of resources. They should just run the trains from Yonkers directly to the path using existing rail infrastructure. To transport every single rail car for every single trainset on individual trucks is stupid. no wonder they dont have enough budget, its cause they waste it on stupid crap like this. just use the tracks, to move the train from the assembly plant to the path tracks
so fascinating 🤩
PRETTYYY 🤩
wowww such a pretty view 🥰
The XDE60 is 2018
Thank you for the correction!!
Luckily 577 was repaired
It must've been like 11pm when this bus operated. Truthfully they need a bus this size especially on Saturday but if you're familiar with the route it's impossible around the Dunwoodie area where there's a very deep hairpin curve that would be problematic for an articulated bus. I guess that's why they never put this bus on this route. Great catch!
I’m familiar with which part of the w25 your speaking of. I’m surprise this bus managed to turn to midland avenue and went through Ashburton ave without any difficulties 😂. But Thank you, I’m glad you enjoyed the video. Take care and Stay safe 👍
It was bound to happen. If artics can run the 30, they should be able to run the 25.
Godly
I told ya 😎
it will survive. it has broke down twice this year already and both times it managed to survive. i remember riding it on the 20 and it broke down only to be back in service the next 3 days, it also lost a turn signal recently but went back running again within 2 days. and this bus is still in service due to the fact that one of the NFI XDE60's broke down and is still at new flyer for repairs. until that bus get repaired and placed back into service the Neoplan will still be running.
I saw this I was on the 7 bus behind it
Was anyone even on it?
No, not really 😂 I guess its because it was almost midnight
That's what almost had me thinking this was fake...
JamaicaZ160 i see what your saying, I used a click bate title. that’s mainly why u thought it was fake 🤣🤣🤣 but no it’s real, just caught it at a random time.
As in that was one of the last W25 runs for the night. Was it trackable?
It was 325 which doesn't suprise me considering I see 325 almost every day on the 7. I knew it would happen one day
Disrespect the R179!
