Ordering 7 kg of Banu Pulao for AED140 from Pak Wadi restaurant has been a nightmare. Once, I reached home, I opened the box just to found that it was filled up with bones with very few chunks of mutton. They did this just to make sure that it weighs that much for which the order has been given. And when I inquired, they said your order was ready in Musaffah and the wrong guy has given you the parcel. How is it possible when I made an order at their Khalidiya branch and was following it 3 days in advance and they said it is not there but almost 24 kilometres away (in Musaffah). When I called them, they said they will investigate and check the CCTV footage and promised to call back. But they don't have the courtesy to call back or inform. They claim to be honest in the town but when it comes to your value for money and transparency, they stand no where. I will never ever order anything from them and advise others to check their food parcels before they pay their hard-earned money. What a shame!!! (AED 140 equals to 8,551 Pakistani rupees). Enjoy Pak Wadi with this huge windfall and I will not wish you best of luck at all....
