So... still had some guildies struggling to get out of Purple room at the beginning of Will. Here's a video showing lines dont mean anything... just constantly attack to build gauge. Both level 1 skills. The key to this is... the white box in the middle. Spider legs do not spawn here til after :50... by then u should be in blue room.
