Am just right now making a dandelion flower essence - first day of sunshine in SUCH a long time! Bringing in Peace, Love and Joy. Such a magical plant. There are so many of them around my neighbourhood at the moment, despite the worst efforts of the glyphosate sprayers. Not many down my alleyway at the moment but they will be back. Because Determination is another characteristic! 🙏✨☀️

A brave subject matter , the world needs brave people right now. I would just say to anyone who feels suicidal to keep hanging on hour by hour if needed. One day you will find you are happier than ever and grateful for the lessons learned and growth you gained from being in that awful place. TRUST

I have had those feelings more now than ever. But when i get like that I look for positives and ensure I am around nice people. Again, never burden anyone with my problems, but just to be around other people helps me. I feel so badly for the people that can't get out of that dark place. My cousin done it during Covid and the night she did i had a dream where my nan visited me and told me never to go through with suicide as i will need to do it all again. The next day i was told my cousin hung herself. Stay strong and remember you are an asset to the world. Even if sometimes it doesn't feel like it. ❤

I’m in saint Louis Missouri there's a lot of geological and historical features close to me. I'm a couple blocks from a rail line and have found spirits take a liking to using it for travel and have found them in my house. Not long ago I was closer to the river and the same thing was going on. No one causing trouble or anything. I just find it interesting how energy imprints and flows and how spirit can be curious like we are.

I just looked into it and apparently frankincense (not smoked but inhaled) has been used to lower blood pressure and slow heart rate. In the past it has been considered a psychoactive substance used to enable prophesy among seer's. These are traditional practices and I wouldn't recommend a viewer do this, specially without proper research. Reishi is so potent that you should be careful. Part of it is how high the antioxidant levels are, and it can cause bleeding issues in people who have auto immune and bleeding disorders. Also it can be hard on your liver. I'm not saying not to take it, you probably just need less than you think.

I enjoyed the stories and insights. My grandfather was a water Witcher. I had a wonderful early memory of him teaching me, my siblings and cousins the basics. I do a bit of dowsing as an adult and am definitely going to try some of the things you've mentioned here. Thank you

Brilliant. You don't need me, as Philippa is sharing a lot of what I would say about Chinese Medicine. 😊 But I would like to add into the mix about Castor Oil. A recent disovery to me - been around forever... But not taking it internally - yuk. Just putting some on the navel each night seems to make everything smoother, including the skin. And I'm wondering if, as it seems to get rid of skin tags externally, it might help reduce polyps internally. A thought. And....breathing deeply does also help with the bowels as it helps stretch out the diaphragm, which helps keep the peristaisis going. If we hold our breath, it slows down and causes trouble. Plus there are several other diaphragms which will work better too. Lots of love! June 💞🙏🥰
