Anyone else remember when this used to play in cinemas during the 90s. Along with the Sunkist ad with the Oranutang?

The ad was from 1994. The model was Lucky Vanous. I remember him described as being a "himbo."

Funfact : in the french version of the show, when he sees her he doesn't say "holy smoke" but he keeps singing and right when he enters the room he says "And that's Snow White ?!" x)

Judith Light played a practical joke on Tony Danza during the filming of this episode. She actually revealed herself to her co-star, as discussed in the Tony Danza Show (2004) episode, "Who's the Boss Cast Reunion" (#1.72). However, that take evidently did not end up in the final reel. (It was probably unusable.)

Honestly, I'm 24 so I've never seen this and I'm only seeing it now cause it was referenced in a fic I'm reading 😅

I truly applaud the one who created this Diet Coke ad. The underlying theme is heartwarming; depicting a man as the object of veneration. This truly was a breakthrough for us men, by giving us the chance to be overtly depicted as sex symbols. For most men (unlike women) being considered a sex symbol is actually considered a STEP UP in society, and truly a sign of MEN'S LIBERATION. So many women complain about being treated as sex objects, but they never ask us how we would feel if we were treated as sex objects. So I say LET'S REVERSE ROLES, and LET US MEN BE THE SEX SYMBOLS from now on. To be considered a SEX SYMBOL, rather than a SUCCESS symbol, is a joyous and blessed privilege. And to have women desire me for my body and my personality, rather than my job title and my financial status, is truly an honor So thanks be to God for this Diet Coke ad. And may the Lord give us men the strength to assume a new role in society, as SEX SYMBOLS.

I remember laughing like mad when I watched this seriel when I was a kid. I loved this show and watched it till the last episode. By the way as a kid I used to like Samantha a lot. Her beauty. I watched the episode where Tony had to ask her daughter to wear a bra. Because as an adolescent myself that was very relating.
