My friend says you can go straight without a signal to leave the roundabout is legal in Canada. I found that 142 traffic violations state that you must signal when leaving. Why do people think you can skip the first exit and then leave the second exit without signaling your exit? Why does he think it is legal to exit a round about without a signal?

Is it considered dangerous driving if you turn left from the through lane and get hit from behind? Or does the lead driver get charged with illegal turn and following driver also get charged with something too??

Theoretically or at least in my country it would be 2,1,then 3 but while 2 is going, 3 can go if safe to do so.

#2 first but 3 can turn simultaneously if clear to do so. Once 2 clears the intersection, 1 can proceed

You turn left into the most left lane, I understand that however am I supposed to signal to switch into the middle lane right after. I always see people just driving directly from the left lane into the furthest right lane. So it throws me off because they don’t signal 😅

Sadly, I have passed the driving test in some of the world's developed countries and have many years of driving experience. I have never had an accident or any kind of problem. However, I have never seen such bad testers as those at the Surrey, British Columbia road test centers. they are very rude. They make the examinee nervous at the beginning of the test. that's why anyone fails because of fear. They fail for little reasons. They fail without reason. They should be prosecuted. I had the worst experience of my life by taking exams in these centers

The stop sign is there for a reason, there's no reason to blow past the stop sign! That sign is very easy to read, & understand!

Insufficient information. You don't explain how to make that turn when there is another car facing you also turning left and you cannot see oncoming traffic.
