    Hello i was just watching your video and you was saying you Suffer with Migraine i have Suffered with Migraine all my life i Suffered bad with them and i found out what was causing mine it was the Caffeine in my tea i found this out my self so sense i have been drinking Caffeine free tea i have not had a Migraine i thought i would tell you this because i saw you drinking Coffee on your video .i have had treatment for my Migraine it did not work so book everything down what i was eating and drinking and every time i had a Migraine i would cut out of what i was eating but the Migraine did not stop i was having a Migraine every 3 days but did think it was the Caffeine in my tea what was causing my Migraine it was a simple thing my tea i was thinking could it be the same for you with the Caffeine it could be that simple i hope i don.t up set you by telling this .i have been watching all your videos and they have help me a lot thank you i will keep on watching them

      Thank you so much for commenting. I cut out caffeine many many years ago as a just in case so everything is decaf and I drink mainly water. I’ve tried for years and years and years to find triggers and haven’t come up with much. A routine of sleep and not missing meals helps, keep stress down, all those usual things I try and do. Although hard sometimes with work and family. I wish there was more research into them but migraines are so unique to the person it’s so hard. Hope you manage to continue to control yours, they are so debilitating 💕

    Great video. It’s not possible to complete Block drop fully as there are 150 small boxes in total and all the different shapes take up 4 small boxes. 150/4 = 37.5. So you’ll always have 2 small boxes left ❤
