Brick Auto Cut Transfer Stack System Rotary Tunnel Kiln Manual Brick Factory Automation Upgrade
This plant locates in Southeast Asia. Customer keeps his old extruder and buy auto cut transfer and robot stack system from us. And upgrade the kiln into rotary tunnel kiln to maximum the automation standard.
This production line is the most economic solution. The clay brick making plant is installed on one huge mobile platform. When one working station of green bricks are stacked, the mobile platform will move on the kiln tracks, carrying the clay brick plants shift to next working station. In this way, the clay brick plant could produce green bricks for all area of rotary kiln.
Normal rotary tunnel kiln with fixed extruder plant, the green bricks are carried to different areas of the kiln by circular conveyor. So it will requires two robot to load the green bricks onto the circular conveyor and another robot to unload the bricks off the circular conveyor.
So this rotary kiln with mobile clay brick plant saves costs of two robots.
