It's nice and I like the concept, however, the space is a bit tight. One would have to be a minimalist to make it appear bigger. I observed that the cupboards, by the refridgerator are blocked off and I personally would not squeeze a full bathroom downstairs, not much room to move around but I believe it would be a good investment.

Luxury with tired ugly sofas.

Big and nice looking on the outside but the landscaping needs to be better and the interior is poorly designed with cheap basic looking tiles and bathroom fixtures. It's typical of how many Jamaicans build homes. They spend all the money on making the outside of the house look big and fancy, and think they're going sell it for a million dollars.

I hope Jamaicans are able to afford these and we're not being replaced by foreigners. I've seen some kids from Hillel academy and a lot of them don't even have Jamaican accents.
