Homeless Heart - Farrel's Story
มุมมอง 374 ปีที่แล้ว
Ferral is a really nice guy with a spiritual problem. Chronic homelessness began somewhere. He thinks it was in his childhood and I believe him. That's when they put him on some heavy medication. He's been trying to balance himself out, ever since. Please pray his salvation and say hi if you are ever down in Noyo Harbor.
"Drink" (Prov 5v15 21) HNF Presentation
มุมมอง 374 ปีที่แล้ว
Sometimes the drinking problem in a fragile marriage has nothing to do with alcohol or physical abuse. Father God reminds us to recall the early days with our soul mate when love was new. The emotions and hope for the future was overwhelming and addictive. You wanted to spend all your time together. Then a routine set in and the grass is looking greener elsewhere. But wait...Father has a refres...

In the digital whirled, everything moves way too fast. God's Word is filled with precious treasures that have to be savored slowly to be understood. Let them sink into your spirit and truly take root to produce much fruit. Here's the first song posted by David- a man after God's own heart.
Witnessing to Homeless People
มุมมอง 855 ปีที่แล้ว
Volunteering at the local food bank is a favorite spot for evangelism. Homeless people don't scare me and I find them to be the easiest group to share my testimony with, even though many are deep in their addiction and mentally unstable. Hey, that used to be me! Isn't it wonderful how God chooses us to go back where we once were to try to save others?
"Intentional" (HNF Recovery Journal)

Be intentional. God is quite aware of your faults and limitations, and He works with you. Your on His side, so each day, be intentional about serving others. Take what He puts in your hands to do and give your life away. There is no small gesture of compassion or kindness that goes unnoticed in the Fathers eyes and no one can steal your heavenly reward. Gods love is intentional and it flows thr...
MAMA (music video by DJ)

My Mom has just died and has gone to her eternal destination. This song is a memorial of the best time we had together in our 59 year relationship.. I believe my prayers and continual contact (in easy times and hard times) helped keep her alive as she grew older and sicker. God gave the time I begged for and I am grateful. With many tears and trials, I concentrated all my efforts on being certa...

Welcome to the channel. It is an an outreach to those who have suffered abuse or are going through trials. Manipulator Red Flags (Proverbs ch 6 v12 15)

Forget psychology for figuring people out. Only God knows the heart from the inside out. We can follow His advice instead of the world for avoiding predators, Be sure to check these red flags for any hidden sins in your own heart too. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of abuse recovery.

Secret Messengers

It takes two to Tango, they say. Such is true for the devil and anyone who stands in his way. If you are not completely on automatic pilot doing his will as a son of rebellion, be aware that he aims to take you out. I'm not talking out to dinner. Many hero's of the faith have gone back to reclaim the secret things of God, the holy scriptures. God gives us everything we need to live godly in this life, but we are aimless sheel who need good shepherds. When our leader abandons the Word of God, so do we. It takes a good shepherd to tear down the idols we replace God with. It takes courage to hold fast to the Word of God. We must be brave e...

Rik lived alone with much physical pain, trying to enjoy the comforts of his rental home, but often complained to me of wanting better connection to his adult children. He attended Calvary Chapel Fort Bragg, Cal. a few times here and began attending Grace Community Church where he said he fit in better. We were friends for a short while. It's a powerful reminder that life is a vapor and we need to make the most of our short time here, before we meet the Lord. www.everhere.com/us/obituaries/ca/fort-bragg/richard-harold-barsotti-10633477

Brother DJ , I just want to know where did Cain go after God punished him .

    • @havenofear7033
      @havenofear7033 6 ปีที่แล้ว

Answer: The land of Nod was where Cain settled after he was punished by God for the murder of his brother Abel (Genesis 4:8). The Bible reads, “Then Cain went away from the presence of the LORD and settled in the land of Nod, east of Eden” (Genesis 4:16). No one knows where the land of Nod was located, only that it was east of Eden. The Bible does not mention the land of Nod again. Cain’s settling “east of Eden” implies that he was further removed from the garden than Adam and Eve were. His fate was to live the life of an outsider. The fact that Cain left God’s presence suggests that he lived the rest of his life alienated from God. The word Nod, in Hebrew, means “wanderer, exile, or fugitive.” This corresponds to God’s word to Cain that he would “be a fugitive and a wanderer on the earth” (Genesis 4:12). Some Bible scholars have suggested that Nod is not an actual place; rather, the Bible simply means that, wherever Cain went, it could be called the “Land of the Wanderer.” Though God had driven Cain from his home, it was Cain’s choice to live outside the presence of God. Essentially, Cain’s punishment in becoming a wanderer and a fugitive was to lose all sense of belonging and identification with a community. Living in the “land of Nod,” Cain lived without roots in isolation. For his sin, Cain was made a castaway and later became a godless, hollow person “in the land of Nod.” Upon separating himself from God, Cain built a society totally detached from God. The Bible tells us that the children of Cain followed in his path and established a godless civilization (Genesis 4:16-24). (GotQuestions.org)

I agree that to rebuke is much better than a deceitful flattery which is one of the evil tool of narcs as what you told me Brother Daniel . To rebuke someone with a good purpose will always give way from darkness to Light granting that the one being rebuked will accept it humbly . I have also questions about Cain later . 😇

    • @havenofear7033

Thank You, Maria May. We are told to esteem our brothers and sisters more highly than ourselves. Love seeks the good of others. We restore them in a spirit of gentleness if we see them caught in any sin, in hopes they would be persuaded to repent because sin hurts. God doesn't enjoy seeing people hurt. Confronting a narcissist is often seen as a waste of time because a fool won't receive correction. Still, we have to warn them or God says their blood is on our hands. If we don't warn them, no one will.

For Jesus I am grateful to have you as a new friend in Jesus. We will explore many topics of emotional and spiritual abuse together in coming times. I've done my research and walk the walk, but what matters most is helping each other by giving testimony of Gods goodness in helping us overcome the fears and pains of our persecutors. Others need to know that psychology is very limited in it's understanding because they neglect God's Word. Welcome to the channel. Jesus loves you! (We are on Facebook too.)

Thank You. I was a behavioral Science major studying to be a Drug Abuse Counselor back in 1995 in San Diego. The field was so steeped with carnal people (ex-addicts without Jesus) and so few Christians. I saw early on that mans view was ego-centric and without personal responsibility. All these years later, I discover this, "Jezebel Spirit" doing so much damage to others and still looking to take me down. There is is a lot of focus on the Devils power with narcissists and demon's really showing themselves now, but Jesus is so much bigger. The just shall walk by faith and not by sight. Please enjoy the 13 other videos. I have dozens more in process and will keep you posted.

Have No Fear - Spiritual & Emotional Abuse Recovery hi there, sorry for this late reply . l too am so grateful to you for telling me your story , this significant part of your life. Oh that field of study you have taken is really good . Behavioural sciences is a good ground for a Christian to incorporate with our faith in Christ.. Me , I had finished 5 year curriculum Physical Therapy , although not so focused on psychology like yours.. You know I admire people like you spending part of their lives to help other people's problems with compassion. I congratulate you my friend, Glory to God .. 👼 and I feel the need to be like one. I have also read about that Jezebel spirit and I studied the prayers against that cunning evil, full of envy and narcissist spirit. I was also a victim of a person with that kind of spirit but God never forsake me .. He is always my forgiving God , my refuge , the Mighty Warrior who fight for me and finally made me win the battle . I believe that we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against the rulers of the darkness in this world as it is written in ( HEBREWS 4 : 12) I am so interested to coordinate with you in the path towards the truth.. The pressing forward for a close relationship with Jesus.. and helping for the salvation of others even in my own simple way. By the way, English is not my first language, mine is Tagalog, as what others may say, we belong to a third world country.. By the way , we are going to migrate in the US, our visa has just been approved , and we are planning to stay in LA. I have many relatives there. My uncle is there . Nice meeting you again. I am sister Ber. GOD BLESS !
