I'm 73" tall, what height/model do you recommend? I'd also like to get your tent eventually.
Any of our tripods with a 65.5 inch max height will be able tote accommodate brother. With a spotting application the height needed would be to your eye and shooting center of the chest. Whats going to be the application for the tripor
@twovetstripodsinc mainly walk-in predator hunting, both shooting and spotting, depending on who I'm going with, or if I'm going solo. Nothing bigger than 300 WinMag, and I like light rifles, so no 25lb benchrest bs lol.
I would say take a look recon v2 inverted or if you want a shorter more collapsed tripod the no name v2 would be another solid option 🤟

Truly awesome tripod. Super fast to deploy, yet gets small enough to fit in a bag. All the way collapsed, it is perfect for kneeling and I only need to open up one section to shoot standing. And not to mention how light it is. I have the Area419 Arcalock rail and everything I have uses their QD adaptor, so this is perfect since it also comes with the Area419 QD Adaptor.
how does this compare to the Ruck?
Better features stability. So the voyager will have the twist locks like our higher end models as well as cnc top and leg stopper assembly. It will be overall a well worth upgrade from the ruck

When it's extended max height how is the stability? I have a recon v2 and love it, but looking at this to add. Thank you
Stability will be decent it’s going to be less than the recon but your also not raising the tripod as high playing with stability. For a hunting application this will bring way great stability brother 🤟
