نوش جان تان خدا بخشه مادرم را مادرم اول شکمبه را در آب جوش یک دقه واری نی انداخت باز همرای کارد تراش میکرد خوب پاک میشد سفید میبرامد بعدا خورد کرده پخته میکرد زیاد مزه میداد خدا کند که شما هم همو رقم پخته کرده باشید شکمبه هم مثل کله و پاچه اول در آب جوش پاک میشه باز هم نوش جان موفق باشید ❤❤
