Oh, the memories videos like this bring back! My cousin started in Class A, then moved up to Class 36 in 1968 and finally Class D in 1970. I remember a lot of drivers from the 1960s. Among them were Ray Lenk (Class D), Vic Brinkman (Class B then Class D), Thomas Toms "Tom Tom Racing Team" (Class D) and Don Hagrel (Class C). Another driver I'll always remember was Bill Walters who won Class D (42-M) in the 1967, 1968, and 1969 Top-O-Mich Marathons. Man, 3 straight years!

Awesome get together! Being "just" a Viper owner I had the opportunity to meet some of those legends at CAAP August 12, 2017. In fact, Dick, Herb, Joe and Pete signed a picture of my Viper. Unfortunately I missed Roy :-( Also saw JonB here on some pics. I met him at CAAP, too. Will never forget this weekend, it will be in my heart forever.

Brian died on 4-13-20 from the Covid-19 disease - listening to him again sing is a comfort to all of us who loved him.
