I'm 54 years old, I grew up in malls back in the 1980s. That was THE place to go. Malls are such a big part of pop culture too, any classic movie around Christmas time there will be a mall shopping montage. Nowadays, I think people are getting tired and bored with online shopping. Not to mention the risk you take on many levels. People need human contact, even if its just walking around a mall with random strangers. Malls can definitely make a comeback, especially if the video game arcade comes back! That's key! Have some modern games like Dave & Buster's has, but also have some of the classics from the 80s: Galaga, Pac-Man, Centipede, etc... Lets Make Malls Great Again. I'm going to Hot Topic right quick, wanna meet at Sbarro's in 20 minutes?
