    This doesn't feel like a stretch. Maybe it's a placebo, but I've been dealing with this for over a decade from slipped discs with ups and downs. I have been having a flare up recently, so I was out looking around at videos. After so long, I've grown rather skeptical and pessimistic, but this worked much better than I thought. Immediately feel looser, and cut a lot of pain down. At best I am usually somewhat uncomfortable even if it isn't pain, but this is a game changer for me

    I couldn't even walk my dogs yesterday. Every time I walk down the block the pain would go right down my leg to my knee and ankle. I would then have to stop until the pain let up. Then one of your videos popped up on TH-cam can I watched it and did the exercise for sciatica pain . Avin immediately got up and walked around and the pain was at least 75% gone. It was absolutely amazing. My sciatica has been healing since then

    Weird exercise, but indeed it seems to work - just did it for the first time. I didn't realize until doing the exercise that you're stretching the bottom side. i.e. If you have Sciatic on the left, you want the left side down on the floor or bed.

    I have this now from Sacroliitis in my pelvis and l5-s1 low space can get a pinched nerve.. so it's complicated as it can resemble sciatica down the leg

    I found over the yrs that there’s about 3 or 4 different excersizes that have worked to get rid of sciatica pain. Your shoe wear on the heels of your shoes or boots can set this off I’ve found. The wear on my back heels just needs to be fractional worn to set this off. I found it pulls my hips fractional apart to the out side enough to set this nerve off. Did a lot of labour for yrs and found the wear of my boots was my problem.

    Didn't like it. Didn't hurt. Didn't help. Maybe flexible people can use it. Impossible to really move the knee as you describe so while my hand can move easy, my knee cannot so attempting to move both the same lengtg....well my knee can move only an inch or two without twisting. Probably not for the majority of people.

    I realize this is an older video- so unsure if this question will be seen. I experience intense sciatica, but also diagnosed w bone on bone w hips. So when I lay on my side can I have a thick pillow between my knees? My knees are about 8-10” apart when laying on my side. Thank you!

    Hi I have been in pain for a long time. Pain on the right top back hip, down the back of my legs and front right thigh.I did this exercise one time stood up and the pain in was gone. As I did it I felt a pop in my lower spine. Thank you so much. I have tried many exercises before and nothing worked. I feel like a new person.     Hi ! i hope you are doing well. I injured my 2 wrists while boxing and did some physiotherapy. I did after all a control ultrasound and everything was perfect as the doctor said. But every time i go back to the gym i feel pain my tendons no matter what exercice i do (skipping rope, back exercises..) and the day after the pain comes back. So it's like a cycle. Do you have any advice ?

    Don’t go to a physio, Don’t go to a osteopath how can that help but aggravate the condition.? as I did and was expensive too. FOR ME when I had it the only thing that helped was Co-codamol and Acupuncture. I had sciatica 9 months.

      @@Epichistoryfacts__ Where the pain went down my leg into my ankle they put 6 little pins in , they turn them slightly after 10 mins, they were in for 20. About 3 sessions. When I walked I couldn’t put my left foot in front of my right,bloody painful. I was 35 at the time had it for 9 months.

    Thank you, thank you, thank you. I'm a very active person & have sustained various injuries, engaging in so many risky adventures over the last 40 years that would send most people to the ER. It's a wonder I haven't broken any bones! In short, my last accident at 66 yrs young, while running at a full pace, I tripped over the protruding forks of a very big forklift. This really proved the accumulation of damages ended it all. I don't mask the pain, I now swim a lot. Finding your video was exactly what I was looking for and i am forever grateful I found you. I needed specificity, not in general. What I've experienced so far is amazing relief. Simple, yet effective, my go-to every day! FYI: I was looking forward to your specific exercise for knee joint pain.
