It’s interesting to see these goshiwon videos. I lived in goshiwons for three years because I couldn’t afford the apartment deposit. For foreigners, it’s really important to warn them how hot the ondol system can make the rooms. Noise is also a big problem, and you need some strategies to find the room location with the least noise. Some goshiwons are double rooms, so have more space. There are more deluxe goshiwons in the gangnam and yangjae area. Having a window in the room is also important to get some fresh air in. Please invite me to your channel one day!

Thank you very much for this video , I was looking for videos explaining this but I couldn't find any and thankfully I found yours! So for goshiwons there is a simple contract to sign to rent it? Or it depends from goshiwon to goshiwon? On the website goshipages there might be some scammers's announcements?
@ARMY BLINK I saw more videos regarding goshiwons in South Korea and a lot of people suggest to first stay at a hotel or a hostel/guesthouse (usually hostels are cheaper than hotels because you sleep in a dormitory/room with other people) and then before renting a goshiwon it's better to go and see it, because sometimes it happens that the goshiwons are different than the photos showed in the offers online

How much will a goshiwon cost when there is no fridge and air conditioner ? 3. Can I get similar room in cheap price(without refrigeratorand air conditioner) like 100,000 to 250,000 korean won? 감사 💜💜
1, what you pay per month includes everything, power and everything like food and so on like rice and all that 2, when i went a few years back we had no window, fridge, bathroom or shower and no air conditioner the cheapeast we got was 200 euros a month and everything was shared 3, I dont think you will, a bathroom and shower will cost you more like in the video was about 480k Korean won I went back in Dec 2016/Jan 2017 for a few weeks and it was really worth it, a place to keep your stuff safe and a place to recover after drinking way to much haha
