And for any one else reading this I mean I know why you would think that abstaining from all of that would be hard after all our whole lives we consumed these animals like they were nothing why would we stop now? But I swear to you on my daughter's life (again) It is exactly the same as a vegan exactly the same taste you just pick up the green option from the shelf instead of the red one i don't think it's that hard to do compared to the amount of torment, separation and vile agony these animals well have to endure for you
