I grew up on Gran Turismo 1 when it came out to GT5. Played a few hours a day maybe half the week. The licenses and time trials were actually the first thing i would accomplish before even starting the cup or category challenges. That way you get a brief experience of new cars while acquiring every class at the same time to almost move freely after that. The C5 is my favorite coupe. It is timeless and the pop up lights make it look vintage. Just found this channel today and will stay tuned

M156 makes all its power at the top of the rev range, both in the correct gear rolling from say 60mph there isn't a massive difference between the two. This pull in 4th from a low speed highlights the torque difference though!

The C6 Corvette was the first American car that Jeremy Clarkson actually loved. The Z06 absolutely blew him away, and after their San Francisco to Utah trip, he totally fell in love with it. My all-time favorite Corvette, it would be my favorite American car if it weren't for the Mustang GT350R.

Common questions: Tires: Michelin Pilot Sport GT (S9M) mounted on Apex wheels, 11” front 12.5” rear. Stability control: I run a LG Motorsports delete kit, no TC, ESC, or ABS. It also removes the TPMS system because I don’t want to run sensors on the track wheel/tire setup. Where: The track is Heartland Motorsports Park, but it may change names because its ownership is changing this year. It’s in Topeka, KS.

I test drove a c5 with an ls2 some years back. Loved the engine. Strong torque. Pretty good straight line stability. It was decent in the corners. I did not like the gearbox or the gear ratios. I drifted it and laid the throttle a few times in a straight line. The owner sitting passenger said hes never experienced the car that way, esp not sitting passenger! I had just a few min of seat time before i began hammering on the thing with decent confidence. Unlike the 2011 mustang gt i tried.

Your driving reminds me of my dad, very confident and precise. I eventually grew up to be a drag racer, but I spent my teenage years with him doing plenty of Autocross and a few track events (driving his c6 Grand Sport when I got older, but mostly in my e36 m3, and a little bit in the 2002 mustang Mach 1 that replaced it) but that being said I can tell a damn good driver when I see one, and you sir are definitely in that category!

You sir are very talented. Very clean lines, fantastic apexes, braking and throttle all totally on point. Really shows how impactful a driver mod is. Well done!
