I hope you are doing well. I need to take vitamin c and iron and am interested in getting my omega 3s checked. I hate having low iron saturation and struggle with breathing too. You have inspired me to take my iron/vitamin c. I have androgenic alopecia. Pumpkin seed oil orally and topically is supposed to be very good for ccca. I am using it topically for androgenic alopecia. Anti-inflammatory. I clicked this video because I have low biotin and wanted to see how much it might help to take it.
Thank you! I apologize for the delay in responding. Thank you for watching and for the info about the pumpkin seed oil. My hair finally reached my waist without continuing the biotin. The ccca alopecia has progressed a little. I am wearing styles to cover it. Overall I am grateful for the option to wear a wig or my hair. I’ve also changed my diet and feel it has helped with inflammation that comes with ccca. I am happy that you were inspired. It is so important that we take care of ourselves. There’s only one “YOU” and you are a blessing for God! You’re here for a reason and I am happy to meet you here. Be encouraged and blessed. Thanks for your comment.

Thank you for responding. I have scarring alopecia and I am bald in the middle crown of my head. I can't part my hair down the middle or one of the sides without you seeing a large section of my scalp. Although the dermatologist say there is no cure and my follicles are basically dead, I was hoping the biotin would thicken what I have left.

When I first started taking it I cut my hair to my eyebrows and after 1 month it grew down to my lip. And I have type 4c hair, I definitely would recommend to drink lots of water when taking it but I love this product!

Huntyyy, it looks sooo pretty on you. It is not longer available on wigtypes but I was able to find her on ebay in 1b/30. Not available in 1b. It's now a rare wig & I didn't see her at my local beauty store. I actually wear the color 1b/30 from time to time (so I don't have to color my own hair) so I look forward to trying her. It's a bit long from what I am seeing in your video, which I will cut her to my desired length. It looks shiny but you stated on camera it isn't so we'll see. You never mentioned the length but I can tell it's a bit too long for my taste. Overall, I think you liked it because you couldn't stop fingering it..lol..that sounded weird hahaha but you get the gist. Thanks for sharing & I'll let you know how I liked it. Take care....

Yes, I still have her and had to cut her to the length I like. It looks very natural but I only wear it in the fall. It's too hot here and very humid now so now I'm just wearing my natural hair. The wig is so so cute and I LOVE the 1b/30 color it just looks sooo much more not wiggy if you get what I mean & I get compliments when I wear it.

Should I use the 5000 or the 10000? I am 18 years old 140lbs. If it comes down to it, I will drink an ocean of water a day 😂
Michelle Asonye, I am not a dermatologist so I can't advise you on how mg you should take. It's best to get that advice from your physician. Both of the amounts are high doses and can cause adverse reactions.
1 & 2 look similar but I like 2 on you better. It's probably the color but my fav is #3. Nuna looks good on everybody and in all colors. Good video. I just subscribed.

Nuna is always a winner!!! It took me 3 years to find the color I needed, because they were sold out or charging too much for what I know they run for.
