Ohh dang solo raids helped get most of my characters to 7 stars

The reason is because you made your account either before an update which makes you be with higher threat players or you made an account after an update but never played as much while other people grinded in which they developed faster and you didn’t.

The best thing is to start a new account as soon as an update comes because it makes new arena brackets
