Hello this is Angela from South Korea. I lived Zambia Kitwe 2 years. That time Chikanda was my best food in Zambia. I want to make Chikanda here. I can prepare groundnut, salt, soda, chili and in Korea we don't have chikanda powder(orchid) Can I make it without Chicanda powder? or Is there a replacement for that?
@@minkyoungkim9972 hi Angela! So nice to see your comment! I was born on the Copperbelt so it has a very special place in my heart. Unfortunately for this particular recipe, orchid powder is a must have. Have you tried looking online to see if you can order some that way? Thank you so much for watching!
@@akambiyamwanza wow!! Thank you for your comment🤗 I find chikanda powder eBay Thank you💕
Red degeneration happened to me when I was 5 months pregnant, I had it for 16 days, doctors were able to diagnose me at day 12 🤦🏻♀️ It was the worst pain I had my entire life, at 1 point I wished to die.
I hope you are well. Visiting your channel I have seen your all videos and content are very good but your video SEO optimization is not professional. Perhaps you are busy for managing the channel
I wish she would have showed us the finished dish plated 😞
@@SauceySav408 I lost the footage for the plated cooked Amaranth leaves. I will do another video whichi will show that soon. Thanks for watching!
Going through it atm at 20 wks. I wish I was warned in advance.
My condolences on your loss and congratulations on the job and the new baby🥳🥳
Condolences dear
I am currently going through this at 35 weeks. Your video gave my hope that this will not last forever! Right now it seems like there is no light at the end of the tunnel. I’m just praying
Malawi is poor eleventh province.
you seemed scared lol....
Did I? I was pretty sick here so maybe that's why it appeared that way to you. Thanks for watching!

Wooo nice one l like it
Very interesting video. Well done
Thank you very much!
Thank you Aka for this. Thank you for sharing your heart with us. I have the same story. I was married in 2015 and it was over in 2018. It was abrupt and traumatic and healing has been a journey. I especially learned that failing at marriage doesn't mean that you failed at life. It shouldn't be the identity that you operate from. Like you said, find yourself outside the context of marriage.
Thank you for sharing your experience, it is not an easy thing to do. You are so right, it is so easy to make being divorced your identity and let it direct everything you do in life. I'm glad that you are on your healing journey. What would you say has been most helpful I your healing? Thank you so much for watching and for commenting 🙏
@@akambiyamwanza I found my identity in Jesus and it has set the stage for healing on all the fronts of my life. I also had to go to therapy at a point for almost a year and unpack a lot of issues. It taught me that marriage is not something you foray into simply because "its time" or whatever reason. It is a purpose driven ministry and you have to be with someone of like mind to see it work
I liked the video & I’ve subscribed. Thanks
Thank you for watching and subscribing💃 I very much appreciate it🙏

Points taken.. thank you
What grade is Andrew Patrick doing? Any methods I can use to help my son learn how to read..? I live in an area where schools are not very good and its worrying. He's about to start school.
He is in grade two. I would encourage you to focus on teaching him the sounds that letters make rather than the names of the letters. When he gets those done then you can start teaching him to to blend the sounds. That has been really helpful for us, I hope it helps you too.
@@akambiyamwanza thank you
I have watched all your recent vlogs. I love all your videos. Please continue your vlogs especially ones where you show the villages and zambia. I love all your content😀❤️❤️❤️❤️

Good job
This video was so encouraging. I couldn’t believe the amount of WARRIORS going through this. Currently going my 4th day of this. God bless us we are truly strong women.
Are you well now and how you managed that worse pain ?
@@Voice_oF_CalmI suffered during the 2nd trimester where I was admitted to the hospital twice. It was very painful I changed my diet and stayed away from red meats and milk.however, the third trimester was finally some relief and I gave birth vaginally natural and he came out a healthy baby boy.
Im going through this right now...the pain is unbearable. I just came in from the hospital...AGAIN😢
Where are all my garden enthusiasts nd plant mum!💃

Good cut. Great mother ❤❤
😊 thank you
My friend ❤YOUR so mini me . I'm the 51 year's old person that has been this way since I could remember. Both you and I have much thank God for his shares given 🙏 to us. Thank you my friend for a lovely reasoning on any situations.
This whole week have been dealing with rude people. I try to be kind but they are always so rude. Combative and get surprised when I am upset. Smh
There are times like that where it almost feels as if the world is really trying to get you to act in a way that is not in your character and you really have to reach deep to show such people kindness. A good thing to remember is its the people who act rude and combative who have issues, not you. Keep showing them grace🙏
@@akambiyamwanza this honestly helped. Thank you. God bless your soul.
"The way you behave is how you're modeling your children to behave as well" very very right.
I am going through this right now and I'm so glad I found your video. This is not talked about enough. Oh Dear God see us though😭🙏
I'm sorry to hear that you are going through this, only someone who has been through it can understand just how painful it is. God will see you through, you will be alright, just hang in there. You are right, it isn't talked about enough, that was one of the motivating factors for me starting this channel. I wanted to be a resource for someone dealing with fibroids and hopefully give some hope. It makes me so happy to read that this video has been helpful to you. Kindly subscribe and watch the fibroid Playlist, there are more videos that you might find helpful🙏
Thank you for your response. Holding hope that all will be well. Already subbed😁 and definetely going to watch that playlist.
I like the maturity of the children. You are an interesting and loving mother
Inspired and I'll definitely teach my kids this at an early age🥰🤗
