Ooh, that's tricky. I drove the stage in the '80s and we slid off twice. Fortunately it was close to midnight (and there were no in-car cameras back then) so nobody could see my blushes. Thanks for a great video and some 'grizly' memories! 🙃

Great brings back many memories doing Lombard RAC plus others except we were not allowed pace notes, at night was great as well. Many more spectators then. Max speed then was about 120mph.
