My dad was KIA in Vietnam 5/1/67 - Major Charles C.Jones. I was 7 when he was killed. I’m now a 64 year old mother and grandmother who still cries for her daddy. My mama is still alive, will be 89 soon, widowed at 32 with two kids to raise. War is hell on soldiers, their families, and all the children left behind who bear to scars on their hearts.
