Simplify equation kese ai -6x2+48x- 187.33 ye bali
30x2-163.33-24(x-1) 2 = 30x2-163.33-24(x2+1-2x) = 30x2-163.33-24x2-24+48x = (30-24) x2-(163.33+24) +48x = 6x2-187.33+48x
@mechpm thanks Sir I get it🙏
@adityakumarsahu140 welcome 😊
Why would you not considered point load 400 N?
I have considered it already

Why put minus at point shear force b any reason
You can watch from first video in playlist to understand better. But here is the rule. A shear force that tends to move the left of the section upward or the right side of the section downward will be regarded as positive. Similarly, a shear force that has the tendency to move the left side of the section downward or the right side upward will be considered a negative shear force
@mechpm thank you ✨ sir

Sir first vale me unit mm2 li hai 2nd vale me mm3 li hai why
@@Happy-hg6sm Unit of E is N/mm2 Unit of I is mm4 Unit of theta is radians but we don't write it Unit of Yc is mm So unit of EI ×theta is N/m2× mm4 = N-mm2 Unit of EIYc is N/mm2 × mm4 × mm = Nmm3

Noo i cant sownload the videos
Ok, I will enable download by evening
in 4.18 min, how b = 0.63 x sir? explain please.
See b^3 = (x^3)/4 hence b= (x) ^3/3 /(4^1/3) b = x/4^(1/3) hence b= (1/4) ^(1/3) x b= . 63x I hope you could understand Here. 63 just comes from (1/4)^ 1/3 or . 25^.33
@mechpm thank you much sir.

@@paryaas2222 Because in question the radius of gear wheel is asked. Usually driving gear is called pinion (we don't have to calculate radius of pinion) and driven gear is called gear. So we have calculated the radius of driven gear not of pinion

Sir..As you have cut the section on right side, if i cut the section on left side, will the deflection over each load be same?
We are using Macaulay's method in this question where a fix procedure and rules are defined that's why we have to cut section in the last portion only. Otherwise you can use double integration method and you can calculate from any direction. Please watch first video in playlist for rules of Macaulay's method

You are right but I have corrected same in next step.
Why same torque?
@@aakashdhakar02468 because both shafts are replacement of each other so we are assuming that they will be used at same place for same power transmission or same torque transfer
The 2nd part answer is wrong x=411.4285 and y=-200.53
Thanks for correction
kindly check your units conversion load should be in N
There is 1 mistake in units Thanks for correction
@@mechpm but for the udl the units are correct I agree with it because Udl= wl²/8 The l² is where one should me careful
Sir length was in m. Why don't you convert in mm?
The value of w=6.816N/mm not 6816.125
6.816 N/mm and 6816 N/m are same.

How can you directly assume 2 and 5 ??
You have to design it so you can assume anything but important thing is that your speed ratio should be 10 and you can consider 2.5 and 4 also or 3.33 and 3 or 1 and 10. If you have to design then you can get multiple designs for the same situation but only important thing is your design should meet all the requirements in the question.
Sir but 1 and 10 se ans toh nhi a rha kuch kuch teeths number less than 20 sa ja rha
To hamre pas 2 conditions h 1) speed ratio =10 2) teeth not less than 20 To jo answer dono ko satisfy karege wahi correct hoge. Isliye aap 2:5 or 2.5:4 or 3:3.33 or 4:2.5 similar aise conditions le sakte h aur for agar teeth less than 20 aaye to use reject karke baki ke sare answer correct hoge
@@mechpm yes 2.5:4 se a rha h
Yes, watch from first video in playlist so that you can understand better.

Sir when we are finding Moment of inertia I3 value, the distance of it's C.G from N. A should be (250-169.34) as the distance of the top flange from N.A value is 169.34 but u have written (250-90.66). How?
@@manorenjitham2771 all the distances are calculated from bottommost of I section so it's correct, if you want to calculate from other side then it would be 169.34-20/2 which will be same value.
