What's the monthly rental price? Is the house in TX?
Yeah...nice job, but that's nowhere near for free. Most people's problem is they don't have 50K to start off with. Hopefully it will work out for you. If something major happens, or for instance there is another pandemic; our moronic government might step in and tell everyone they don't have to pay their rent anymore. That killed a lot of hard working otherwise intelligent people that had a number of these houses rented. Now thy no longer have cash flow and they can re-rent the house because the government said they could stay for free. No skin off their backs, but crushed us with skin in the game.

House didn't have any stain when I purchase it. The stain came after the water leak
