State of the property of people who dont live in the city

I worked in the Netherlands for 2 1/2 years. They have an excellent highway system that I used Monday-Friday. There were no restrictions on automobile use.

what I noticed- while the Netherlands has a lot of bikes- they also have a lot of cars and a lot of traffic. they have merged the two so the bike commuter and the car commuter can peacefully co-exist- without having an impact on the other. It's not all bikes- as our council has tried to push it's the happy medium between the two. The Netherlands has more water/more flooding... and more importantly more tax dollars. So what they have been able to employ- we do not need (thankfully) or can afford. So again- why was this trip necessary?? Why did the city spend all its education budget on one trip?

So, the city thinks putting a basement (aka indoor pool) in a 2 above ground level building smack in the middle of an area that floods is a good idea. Then add bathrooms in the lower level... In this day and age, no way are either of these good ideas from a flooding, safety standpoint. Will there be a full time Annapolis City Police officer in the basement?

⛵️ If anyone anyone has a 30ft to 38ft sial boat ⛵️which they dont need anymore may have minor to median work done. Or i. The rare chance if one had an old but good one. I would be willing to get it back in to full time use. My wife and I lost nearly everything. Thank god we have Jobs and a roof. I fear with inflation at some point we wont have a roof. Carroll Hynson was a big part of the sound of my high school days when he was at WOL radio in DC in late 60s along with Bob “Nighthawk” Terry and Bobby Bennett. Listening to soul music in its heyday was the best part of my high school “career.” I was looking up some of the DJs from back then and I ran across this. I enjoyed growing up in Colonial Annapolis where I attended church at St. Anne's and worked in the State House...I liked walking everywhere especially to the Naval Academy where my friends and I attended the Wednesday afternoon parades in the spring....that was largely more than 70 years ago!

Great video ... thanks for doing this. Now, the next step. The $5 fee is a relic of the past that needs to go. It raises insignificant revenue and yet discourages some from pumping out. We used to have coin operated public toilets, learned how stupid that was, and deep sixed pay toilets in the United States. The same should happen to boat pumpout fees.
