All Windows Startup and Shutdown Sounds
PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE COMMENTING.
*The Windows NT images up to NT 5.0 build 1796 are not the actual boot screens, they are backgrounds titled: PRELIM.BMP for the first NT build, WINNT.BMP for NT builds up to 3.51, WINNT256.BMP for 3.51-2000 build 1796.
*Yes, Chicago did use both TADA.WAV for startup and shutdown.
*Windows 95 build 445 was the first build to use The Microsoft Sound.
*Yes, early NT 4.0 builds did use 3.1 sounds.
*Memphis DID use 95 sounds up to build 1602.
*2000 builds 1515-1631 used NT 4 sounds. This includes startup and shutdown.
*Yes, Millenium builds 2332-2470 used 98 sounds.
*The Whistler sounds you hear in a lot of videos are fake.
*The Server 2003 sound you hear in most videos is fake.
*The Longhorn sounds you hear in most videos are fake.
*Windows 8-10 used 7 startup sound and no shutdown.

A little mistake that you made, Windows 8 Builds 8140-8176 have the shutdown sound, but it will no longer play when Fast Startup is enabled. This means Build 8195 was the first build to have no Shutdown Sound. But great job on the rest.
You are correct on that part.
@@windowswizard6901 Oh, and Windows Vista Builds 5477-5520 use the same shutdown sound from builds 5469-5471.
Not sure about that one. BetaWiki says 5491 switched the sounds back to the ones from 5469-5471.
@@windowswizard6901 I looked inside the install.wim file for these builds, including 5472, all had the Windows Vista RTM Logoff Sound as the shutdown sound, except for build 5472, which became the very last build to include the Windows XP Shutdown Sound.
