I was looking for work in japan but I heard they have strict work culture there, for architect, long working hour etc. Is it the case? Is there offices that are relaxed and good work environment maybe like european offices?

As a fellow office worker but in Sweden this felt similar. Seems like just a universal standardized type of work now. Just watching this reminded me of my normal workdays and made me exhausted 😅

I have a question regarding work culture in Japan as there seems to be a disconnect :D , or perhaps it has just changed over the years. Some folks report the notion of staying in for ridiculus hours for no apparent reason, heavy drinking that is sort of requiered etc. While others is just like your depiction. So My question is does it depend from company to company, is it all a fabrication or is it a mix, as in it used to be one thing then it evolved etc. thank you in advance :D

Thanks for letting us see real life in Japan! To be honest, the only exposure we have is through anime and Godzilla movies LOL. I know Japan is not fully like that. Now I can see how it is through your video. Nice work.

Hopefully your life is not as lonely as it feels in this video. It’s so sad that Japanese society is collapsing. From anime to JDM to video games (and Godzilla), to me Japan is just so creative and resilient. I pray that Japan makes a big comeback soon!
