Hey brother, multivitamins will have the most of these but it may not have them all. You have to shop around to see which ones have them and then compare. I by the supplements I use most by themselves because I know EXACTLY what I am getting. For example, Some multivitamins may say 500mg of fish oil but you don’t know that exactly because they are ALL mixed together in a small pill form. Hope that makes sense 🤷♂️

It's all one arm when using dumbbells. But what you're doing serves no real purpose
The purpose is informational. This exercise make you solely think about one arm at a time and bringing up any weaknesses 😎
@@JoshMcGeesr I understand what you're trying to do but using dumbbells in general makes it easy to find a weaker side anyway and at the same time build the weak spot up. This can be done using both at the same time

I dropped the flat bench and switched to incline only after shoulder pain started to become constant. Also spent a lot of time looking at videos on youtube to learn proper form. Raised my reps to 15 and dropped to embarrasing low weight, and ive started working my way back up slowly. I always worked out alone in my private home gym and didnt realize flaring my elbows was the wrong way to bench. It was easier to power my way through a bench but it fucked up my shoulder.
Same here brother. I had to have rotator cuff surgery eventually because of benching 31bs for reps. Form wasn’t perfect though. I now do dumbbell flat bench press and machines. They both work well for me

@@JoshMcGeesr Again false, scientific evidence shows that such a narrow "anabolic window" has been disproven, and that muscle protein synthesis can be stimulated for several hours after exercise, extending the window to four to six hours before or after a workout. The focus should be on total daily protein intake. Ensuring that you consume adequate protein throughout the day is far more important for muscle growth and recovery than the exact timing of protein consumption.

Thanks, I liked this video. I subbed as well. My brother recently shared about using Creatine. I had shared with him that I tried it once and it was bloating me up more than anything. However, I had not actually given the product enough time to get into the system. I am on Creatine now, and after the 2 week 5gram/daily loading phase; my body is doing a heck of a lot better with the lifts and I am seeing the muscle mass more. So, it does work. IF you want to look shredded, get off the creatine and in two weeks, the body will drop the water that are helping pack muscle. You won't lose strength, but you will look more shredded. Give me your opinion on Tonkat Ali complex please.
