2012 Trek Ticket Exchange on the dirt jumps w/ go pro clips
มุมมอง 8K12 ปีที่แล้ว
Hitting the dirt jumps at beacon hill in spokane on my 2012 trek ticket exchange. I'm just getting back into dirt jumping after being away from it for a good number of years. This is a few clips from the first two days out on my new bike. which so far i am really loving, the bike is definitely capable of far more than my current skill level allows.

Amazing archery skills
man, that looks like paradise! what a nice house :)
im pretty sure this one was on 1080p wide setting
Are you using a GoPro? If so, what are your settings normally when shooting? Look really good!
wish I could get someone to throw that well for me! Great shooting, and can't wait to get a gopro.
Nice vid man and great jumps!
cept that jump to flat on a DJ bike would blow out your knee! :)
damn nice house
Funny looking bow silencers but nice shots, throws, and lot.
Awesome property you got there. Wish i lived somewhere like that but for now im stuck in the city having to go to the local archery range
Hey, this bike is definately built to dirt jump and i personally single speeded mine recently. I suppose if you wanted to you could adjust the seat up, get into a lower gear and pedal around but i would definately recommend looking into other options as this bike does not have the right geometry for xc riding. thanks for the question and i hope this response helps
skyrim...
Nice shooting sir! Traditional > Compound
not too shabby
that is a sick house
Sweet as bro
I have never weighed it however i will say that there are lighter more barebones options out there. If you single speeded the bike you would drop a little bit of weight. that being said keep in mine the bike is extremely tough. If i get a chance to weigh it i will get back to you for sure.
Do you know how much it weighs?and if you dont is it light?Cheers for the feedback.Oh and also have you had any problems with the bike?
and i couldnt really comment on how it compares to the p series as i haven't done anything more than test ride a p series.
Mine is from the bike hub here in spokane for around 1100
MrFuzzaWuzza: if u live in spokane you can get it at North Division Bikes for $1250.00! Go check it out they have great service.
How much would this bike cost? And where could I buy it?and is it better than the Specialized P series? Please get back to me
don't case whatever you do
Ticket Exchange has gears...Ticket Stub doesn't though. They're both Dirt Jumpers
I have a ticket exchange as well. It's a great bike. People who comment on the chainstay length aren't understanding the bikes purpose. It is not a street/park bike. It is a dirt jump bike., nothing else. That being said I'm going to convert it to SS., and will probably pull the front brake.
good to know! ill start using it as a road bike then
dirt jumpers don't have gears! :-)
Cool I wish there was a place like that where i am!!!
Hi, i used to dj and race bmx from like age 8-14 or so and i'm 21 now. i got into riding all mountain about 2 years ago and doing some drops and jumps and what not on my trek remedy but i'm just now getting back into dj.
You are right there sir. didn't have a dj at the time and this is just a silly little video i threw together to show our little course and the bike
Hello again, so i looked around a little more at a couple of other bikes like this and it looks like the specialized p2 has a 390 mm chainstay, the transition trail or park is 400-419 mm and the trek ticket is around 424. so basically if your way in to the bunny hopping and manuals then you may have a easier time on a couple of the other ones but if you like trek and your not real concerned about bunny hops or manuals this bike will still tear it up.
Chain stay length is a personal thing for everyone. The shorter the chainstay the easier it is to manual and bunnyhop. If you are trying to ride park and street as well as dirt I would say get something where the chainstay length is short as possible. I would not say this for bmx because it can get too twitchy for some peoples taste but for a 26" the shorter the better because its already more difficult to get the front end up for manuals on a big bike.
Sorry im not able to help more on the chain stay thing i just havent got enough experience with other set ups
Thanks man, im having a lot of fun getting back into dirt jumping. as far as the chain stay goes i honestly dont have anything to compare it to. This bike is feeling great to me though and the only thing i would say is that its a real tough and beefy dirt jumper and it probably weighs a couple more pounds than a bike such as the single speed specialized p series dirt jumper. however this one can be converted to single speed or bought in a single speed version if thats what you want.
Nice riding man, so you're digging the ticket? I'm a trek guy and wanting a DJ bike but folks are saying bad things about how trek lengthened the chain stays on the 2012. What's your opinion?
Nice little track/ freeride run. Looks like fun.
You could do that w/ a DJ bike...You dont need a trek remedy lol.
@marek0086 shut the fuck up i doubt anyone watching cares!
just bought one of these today, im chuffed!
Remedy hands down, screw XC, DH/FR all the way
@tdjohnson445 how does it climb? trying to decide between at fuel ex or remedy
@sharadeth Thanks. The bike has been great, i can't complain at all, would definately recommend it.
Looks like a nice little course and the remedy is a great bike, currently doing everything in my power to get one because finding a job in my local area is nearly impossible, but still great bike and course!
