    Actually you are selecting location from nandi hills top , if you bought any villa near nandi hills u can't buy in nandi hills top , u should come down from nandi hills top and u have to buy in somewhere near nandi hills layout so it will reduce distance km to airport from nandi hills near any layout around 22km 30min journey to airport , please before doing one informative video kindly get know the complete details and do or else people will distract who are thought to invest there amount near nandi hiils and nandi hills near palaces are very convenient for everything

Also being close to EC, Bommasandra Metro & BMRCL Suburban extension - Pink line to Anekal, the EC flyover, & Hosur, which may soon have an airport, are all a huge plus.

    Whats your opinion on Birla Trimaya project ? My only issue is the underpass ( under train rails ) on the approach road if you come from Bellary road. I fear that it will be same as Panathur underpass, full traffic Whats your opinion?

      @@ifirefox1 KHIR City is between Dabaspet & Doddaballapur on 2000 acres. It will be launched in Sep/Oct this year. It will have very good infrastructure. Foxconn is also in Doddaballapur. So Doddaballapur is a great investment option to Devanahalli, as the rates are also lower.

      @@LeonDsouza77 in your video excel sheet I see it's 4k per sqft, but I see some 'A' katha BIAPPA approved layouts charging 2-2.3k per sqft just 5 min outside of doddaballapur main city towards gowribidanoor, wondering why such a huge price difference, and is it a wise decision to buy plots there?

      @@ifirefox1 4k is the Avg rate per sq. ft. There are developers who have plotted developments without clubhouse facilities, as well as lower specifications like overhead electricity cables, open storm water drains, etc., so the rates would definitely be lower.

      Thank you. My research is based on a combination of new and resale apartments/plots currently available for sale in the market, as central Bengaluru has many old, as well as new builder-floor apartments for sale, apart from new high-rise apartments.

    Hi Leon, I think the realestate market in the entire country will become subdued here onwards because of various factors, mainly higher interest rates and recession. I am not a realestate expert though, so I wanted to know if you think this market will maintain its bull run or stagnate from now onwards. I am from Blore North FYI.

      The market has bounced back because of the slowdown due to covid, upto 2022, and the forecast is for the market to remain this way to 2028. India will be the world's third-largest economy by 2030. If the market does become subdued for the reasons you have mentioned, then what are the alternatives to invest in to save on tax, or would people just invest in FD's for liquidity due to the uncertainty of a recession.

      @@LeonDsouza77 I think the alternatives are gold/silver/diamonds and stocks and lastly FDs. Yes China going down may shift manufacturing to India hence our economy might not fall too hard. Thanks for your analysis.
