For this specific car only 1000 coins. I think I got the Evo 3 first pull and second one was this. I got all of the rally cars from this update by spending around 5000 coins.

hey man can i ask how did you able to use a 930 on a rally event
it's not possible anymore. You just go to rally series with a rallyable car, then tap the car icon in the top right and select a non rally car (or a car that can't be equipped with gravel tires), and that's it. Like I said, it's not possible to do that anymore in the current version of the game.
@PowerfulE shit threw me off when i saw a 930 turbo on a rally greece map multiplayer, im absolutely sure its a 930 its got a turbo plate
