There were several editions printed on laserdisc. I have a THX Laserdisc remaster that is still just the original cinema release.

There are a few other formats released. There is a format by RCA it's like a record and it's in a case. I forgot what that format is called. There was another disc format by JVC only in Japan. I think these disc was half the size of laser disc. And there is a VCD format. VCD is a video format that is on regular CD's. This release is the 1997. The 1997 laserdisc and the 2004 DVD I think they cleaned up Jaba made him look better. Then there is the cassette tape that come with a book and the take e reads the book to you. These books from what I remember are 24 pages and R2D2 makes his beeping noise this is too tell you to turn the page. We loved those as kids they came out right around the time as the movie and if you did not have a VCR or a laserdisc it was the next best thing. Those are on TH-cam now if you want to check them out. There is Ewok version that tells the story of Return of the Jedi from the Ewok's point of view. I believe it has hand drawings. The other books use photos from the movie. Also the only original version of Star Wars that is the theatrical version is on laserdisc you need to find the CBS/FOX release. But some are bad when Luke and Han get back to base if you see the camera panning up the guy doing the transfer messed up. Then there is the HBO/FOX release that has the original theatrical release. The final original release of Star Wars Empire Strikes Back there are no closed caption subtitles and about five seconds of footage is missing when Han kisses Leai.

Correction empire came out in vhs in 1984 and Jedi 1986.

Project 4k is the original the way they were originally presented. Despecialized is an upgraded picture.

5:57 That box set came out in 2008 not 2006 the dvds that came in that set with that bonus disc first got released individually in 2006.

Would you say that there is a good amount of special features and behind the scenes for each movie, or perhaps too short/not enough? I’m a big special feature/behind the scenes kind of person.

Nice video, but a few errors need corrections: Ken Films did release Super 8 digests with color and sound. They were a little bit longer than the b&w reel you're showing, but still abridged versions. The very first LaserDiscs by Fox were pan-and-scan transfers as well! The CLV versions were even time-compressed to fit on one disc. These transfers were also used for the CED videodisc format by RCA. The first CAV versions were still pan-and scan, but got rid of the time compression. Widescreen versions followed later. And the bonus DVDs with the original unaltered films did not come from the Japanese LaserDisc masters, but from the master Lucasfilm created for the Definitive Collection LaserDisc box set. Are you stupid? There is no an altered original trilogy. There were quite a few versions before the special editions. And even changes to the special editions post 1997.

Where did you get your steel book holders from? I love that they give you the ability to display your steel books on the wall, with protectors, I have yet to see that before in a collection video.

My first Amiibo was a basic Mario styled Bowser to try out on Mario Party 10. My first Smash Amiibo was Peach. Aside from Mario characters, I also got some Samus Returns Amiibo. And that's about it for now.

Honestly the fact Amiibos have kinda "died out" in trend makes it even better for me, I can get em more easily 😈 (well ok not that easily because there are some really rare and expensive ones)

Even tho amiibos have kinda died out I’ve wanted to try and get a Luigi amiibo and spray painted it with gold spray paint and I might even do that and get more Mario amiibos and make a series out if it of custom gold amiibos. But since trying to get one amiibo is about 20 to 40 dollars I might not do it but it would be cool and I might do it. If I do my wallet will be broke lol.

I’ve been collecting from the beginning and I would be so sad if nintendo stopped amiibo/amiibo functionality. Breath of the wild was the best game to have zelda amiibos because it added so much to the game without making people who don’t have amiibos, feel left out. It’s also nice to go buy a game, and be able to get a well made accessory/figure for it too. I agree on the animal crossing bit too. It was just too much to keep up with and people hoard packs of those more than amiibos!

I love amiibo they look great just a tad to expensive. Hope they add more compatability with games, some games have great inklusion and some just suck.

Don't sleep on the splatoon amiibo! They give cool gear and missions that are exclusive for amiibo

The New Smash game: Super Smash bros 6 will have more unlockables and use amiibos to unlock fighters in the new smash game, but do this once a week as a unlockable game mode after i unlock a first character in Classic mode or vs match once for the first time.

I agree with your comments that Supergirl never reached the epic heights of Arrow and The Flash, but at the same time, it never plummeted to the absolute pits that they did in later seasons. Of all the Arrowverse shows, Supergirl was the most consistent. Seasons 1-3 were overall great, getting better with every season and the show absolutely peaked with Season 4. Purchased Season 6 earlier on in the year, and I'm about halfway through. For my money, the show was a super ride. For giving us Melissa Benoist as the definitive Girl of Steel, several classic episodes/amazing stories with a fantastic cast of characters, so many suprises/crossovers, and of course, giving us Tyler Hoechlin as Superman, Elizabeth Tulloch as Lois Lane and Jon Cryer as Lex Luthor.

I'd rather have figures than just cards. I live in a small town and the only place to get any of them is one store surrounded by 8 other towns, so there's no hope of getting them locally. I would love for the ones that do exist to be easier to get.

amiibo are cool and all but im still confused how amiibo out lived skylanders and all the other toys to life games i mean amiibo do next to nothing

I think it's worth collecting simply because they look great. Love having figures of my favorite characters from various games. The fact that they can be scanned to do things in games is pointless to me. Literally never done it, won't ever do it, don't care.

Well, I’m going to repeat what I’ve been saying all along, and this can also apply to the fact that #FantasticBeastsTheSecretsOfDumbledore Is now streaming on HBO Max/crave/wherever you get HBO Max Contant and is about to come out on Blu-ray/DVD/4K On June 28 and on digital around then, so please take all of that plus the Screenplay book that’s about to come out on July 19 into consideration with the following that I’m going to say: But Remember that if you’re refusing to see it because of #JohnnyDeppIsMyGrindelwald Then please remember that this movie needs to do well so as to give Johnny the chance to actually come back in the Later movies, For the actor who played MacNair The executioner was re-casted for prisoner of Azkaban and then came back for order of the Phoenix. The bottom line is that if #FantasticBeastsTheSecretsOfDumbledore Doesn’t do well, And they don’t make the remaining two movies,then Johnny definitely will never be back as Grindelwald!Plus you also have to remember that it’s about to be a new company with new people over seeing it, So as such you were technically not paying that company and are actually giving more of a chance than not having him actually return. Especially depending on what may happen with the results of his trial that’s going to be happening shortly after the movie comes out, the new people taking over Warner Bros. right before it comes out…… Also remember in regards to her that she doesn’t necessarily get a whole lot of money from this, as well the fact remains that as many people have pointed out that she already has so much money that not supporting the series will not really change any kind of “power“ that you may have against her, and after all the series should not suffer at all because of her for Regardless of what you may think, nothing I repeat nothing will ever ever truly take away what a series overall truly means to you let alone other people, And again it’s not The series that’s the problem at all in any kind of way :-) Also keep in mind that even though it’s not the best example they have at least one transgender person or someone who identifies themselves as “They” in the cast so much for her transphobia

I've been there from the start and I am a massive Nintendo fan. I have A LOT of amiibo but even I know know which ones to target and to not bother with now at this point. I have all the Smash ones (and plan to get the last of the DLC ones as they hit) but even now I want to make sure that the ones I get are worth it and I'm happy to skip over any that do nothing (Like the SM3D Cat ones) unless they are just really cool to me. I have a few in boxes for collection (I wish I didn't bother) but I always open and use the ones I get now. Honestly, most of them are great. The ones for MHR:Sunbreak are well designed and useful for that game. I guess they are worth it for that. I still have the Metroid Dread ones unopened as I got sent them after I finished the game.
