2024 CANCAST Fishing and Tackle Show Unboxing
Great video! I’m heading up to Buckhorn at Six Foot Bay. Have a ranger with a 150. Any spots within range to there you’d recommend?
Fished big gull back in 2012. Caught alot of rock bass. A few large mouths. Definitely better lakes for fishing in that beautiful area.
Do you still have the boat and how do you like it? I’m currently looking at a 210 super pro. Thank you
Try not throwing the fish back like a rock.
sorry was ment to be posted yesterday, internet issues.
I love fishing on this lake
I've fished big clear for 30 years. Always stayed at Circle Square ranch. Heading up the 25 but stay on Bill Lake since campground closed. Nice video hope they bite that good when I come up.
Moved to the area not long ago. Really enjoying these.
common denominator with those baits is YOU......maybe YOU just arent very good....
This is where i go in the summer, tho its sad muskie have become rare in the area
Noice!!!
I WAS THINKING THE FRONT IS FOR BAIT AND THE REAR IS FOR CATCH
I am actually at the boat launch on deerock while I'm watching . things to know about deerock lake . Yes about damage . I've lost two props one skag and a nice bent on the front of my aluminum boat . The water is shallow and you can back in fifteen feet no problem . August is shallower by two to three feet . And snappers. I've seen snapping turtles the size of truck wheels in there . Heads the size of a habitant soup can . But a very good camping lake with no houses or cottages and lots of great islands with camo sites .
Good finds man!
Save some deals for the rest of us holy haha
Killer Action!
I wish I could find tackle shows here in Saskatchewan
Is that on Dickey lake?
💕 Wow💙💙💛💛💙💛💛
What a clip! I love fishing but I have never caught anything.
Great little spinnerbait with a ridiculously small hook. They're very finesse and get PLENTY of bites by just about anything that swims (caught tiny bluegills up to a 4lb LMB) but your hookup to landing ration will be about 25%...Those are hard to find...where'd you get it?
🔥
Must be bright in that room!
I refuse to pay full retail got back into fishing almost 4 years ago dropped $50 in store on tackle/lures lost half of it in three days started buying tackle/lure lots off of facebook market place and a few other sites . I ended up buying large package deals rods reels tackle plastics and selling off what I don't want all ten of my personal rods are Dobyns nine fury one sierra slx A is lowest end Shimano I have a few slx xt curado's a 2020 metanium and two stradics two rods I picked up for $40 each one stradic and one curado mgl were a $100 out of pocket everything else was way less or free after moving the stuff I didn't want
Hi. I don’t mean to be critical. But with your GoPro on your chest all we hear is your breathing your voice is muffles. Plz put cam on head. It will be so much better for your listeners both visual and audio……….
nice catch, what rod and reel are you using
Whopper plopper is probably the best and most satisfying lures to use especially in open water
Just have to set the hook by swinging the pole horizontal. I've had a few fish hit and miss, then I set the hook pulling straight overhead. Sends that lures screaming through the air right at you. I've been hit in the chest and the hand while trying to block it.
My family had a cabin on big gull lake that we went to for two weeks every year in the 60’s and early 70’s. There was nothing but swamp on either side of the road going into the cabin. A plane would land on the lake at times and bring supplies. We traveled from PA to our cabin which was about a 10 hr drive. No showers, phones etc. I wonder if the point is still there? There was a chimney on an island called the point. We would take picnics on the islands and several shore locations that had no people whatsoever. We picked wild blueberries and encountered a couple of bears along the way. Wow what great memories. I hope to get back there some day. Nice video!
Wondering if there is a tackle show for 2024
new sub good info
You fish marble lake yet?
Promo_SM 💋
I got the zillion and shipped to the United States 199.00. I didn't need it but a zillion for under 200.00 bucks I couldn't pass it up
I usually shop at pro advantage sports and Hobbies (it's between napanee and Belleville in Tyendinaga), great prices, great selection and no tax due to being on the reserve
I find i buy from Discount tackle and midwayusa more than tacklewarehouse nowadays. They are on the higher end for tackle prices now it sucks. But check out the other 2 stores i mentioned they are pretty fair on prices and huge inventory. And ahipping ia cheaper
What’s up with the sunglasses
A diawa zillion for under 200.00 skipped to Chicago. No brainer, thank you
I've used a 7" KVD green frog colour and had just as many hit or more than on a smaller senko.
Tackle is just increased 25% , I have a lot of old soft plastics &, hard baits glad I kept, like u. I be buying few orders in December, not this year , maybe one order ,inflation & economy is tough
nice black friday deals! keep it up!
Not sure tuggin on his arsehole was helping lol
I'm guessing that plastic cover is just to protect the end nut, spring etc.
Tight lines sir. Thanks for the video the place looks amazing.
Randy Blaauket advertises for baitworx
Looks like amazing fishing to me. Beautiful landscape
Been meaning to fish kennebec..how’s the launch and parking ?
Amazing spot looks good. Keep reeling they will come.....
only largies eh? What else is in that lake?
Pike, walleye, smallie, musky, and panfish too...
If you go to the right when you come thru the tunnels. Go past the beach and when you go past the beach area and around the point you will see a Canadian Flag marking a big hump area. It's as shallow as 3 to 4 feet. The area around the hump is about 40 ft and if you go straight west from the hump it is 100 ft deep. I would use the trolling motor to circle the hump at least twice. Fishing on the hump using topwater and the dropoff using your wacky worm rig. Largemouth on top, smallmouth on the dropff side and occasional pike and even a walleye. If it is calm like when you were there watch for baitfish feeding on the top. Smallmouth love chasing the baitfish. Caught my biggest smallmouth when the smallies were feeding on the baitfish. I followed as best I could with a tiny torpedo. 21 1/2 inches probably 4 pounds. When I got him in I looked at the depthfinder and it was reading 96 ft. I actually prefer the opposite side from the island you were fishing. From the bridge all the way down that side to the end of the lake .Our family had a cottage at the end of White Fish Bay. Been going to Sharbot Lake since the early sixties. Parents bought the cottage in 1988. Sold it right after covid. Love this video. Will check out your other videos.
I hope you don't have to drive far for that spot looks perfect.
