we really didn’t want to leave we had the best time! but Journee made it so simple in getting back with having everything all organised for us etc, we definitely would use Journee again for sure!

hey i would say don’t overpack! bring the essentials plus some extra things that will help you feel at home! as you can always bring more stuff over to your accommodation throughout the year! x

hey there are quite a few studio accommodations close to both the unis, i definitely know for sure some private student accommodations that do studios that are very close by and just a short bus ride away

hey it’s entirely a personal decision, i know a lot of people love brighton and the uni and others who don’t, it’s really up to u as a person! definitely look at the website and do some research to see if it seems like a bit of u x

hey so i had a good experience while i was there but i was there during covid so there were rules like no mixing with other flats no guests allowed etc but when isolating the staff were helpful in making sure our weekly food shop got to us etc

hey so accommodation prices differ depending on where u are looking at staying, the uni offer places from around £150 all the way to £230 and this includes all utility bills, cleaning of communal areas and 24/7 security and support but u can look at private student accommodation or rent a flat with other students

hey i think if u get the grades that are asked for in ur offer then u r more than likely if not definitely accepted, but it’s definitely not hard to get into in comparison to like oxford/cambridge x

hey congrats!! brighton uni for me has been really good so far! the teachers are really nice and supportive, they understand if ur struggling etc and they help where they can! i will say so far my uni experience i haven’t met as many people as i thought i would but hopefully that changes as all my lectures and seminars are now in person x

hi yeh for my course I really like it and enjoy it plus I do think that UOB provide a lot of opportunities to benefit ur career in the future such as placements, i would definitely recommend looking into the course that u would want to do and see if it sounds like a bit of u, the uni have a great social aspect to with all the different societies u can join as well! x
