This was a really cool build.

I am SO ready to move in here! This is absolutely adorable. Great usage of the new kit. I have been slowly working on a huge old second empire home and I think 90% of the Artist studio Kit went in to the tall tower because of the views it would have. The Victorian Nursery items also worked great - LOVE that wallpaper from the kit.

Omg you're back?!!

Great build as usual and you got me right in the feels - This past weekend I decided that I would build this old estate and do two versions - one old and haunted and one new and fresh. While just working on the original build I went to save the lot to my gallery (I try not to put unfinished builds or works in progress in the EA Sims world) and my save got stuck. The plumbob kept hour glassing. i walked away from it and nothing - I was hoping to be saved by Autosave - but alas, no luck. Thankfully, I had previously saved it an hour or so before (Lesson learned after the overwrite fiasco) and all I had to redo was windows and floors. But another lesson learned, save frequently.

Another great build/video and a future renovation project for #BadBoyLokiConstruction! I was working on an apartment building in the Love Struck expansion up until two weeks ago when some dummy (myself) saved over the file and lost everything that I had done in that world - No back up sucks. But, lesson learned -- Now, to find the shell and start over again when I have the spoons.

Have you experience crashing after increasing tenant cap ?

This is cute AF! I have never been great at Penthouse builds due to their shear size. When I started building in the Sims (16,000 years ago), everything I built was WAY too big. Heck, my first living room I think was 10X15 tiles and barely anything in the middle. I take inspiration from your builds so often. And yes, it is a pet peeve of mine when I cannot center a sink in a kitchen - it drives me batty. Also - Still working on your most recent shell, and I am trying to figure out how to do something without adding a wall or enclosure so the rest of the building doesn't get drenched during the rainy season - does it rain Ciudad Enamorada???

Curved walls will be the death of me I swear!! They are so broken. Great build 😊😊😊

I love this. The kitchen turned out great and the custom vanity area in the main bathroom is such a great idea. Definitely gonna try that myself.

Yay! I love doing your shell challenges! I saw this build on the gallery, and then saw the #challenge, and couldn't wait to come hear the guidelines. Funny, the waffling on the basements, I almost feel called out (just kidding)., I too am having SO many issues with the gallery and it freezing, saying that you cannot save something, or down right crashing. Sure - we can now pay our bills, and visit other places in gameplay, but we cannot save content from our favorite creators... Grrrr!! Whelp, I know what I am doing after work.... time to pause on the apartment building and move onto my first gym build.

As per usual, another great build. I love the use of color with the greenish/teal walls and wallpaper. I am enjoying Lovestruck so far for both building and game play. I haven't really built any new construction in the area, just focusing on fixing (which there is not a lot of need) or improving existing structures for more game play. The items for Lovestruck are pretty great. I love the idea of the lip loveseat. I think it suffers the same fate of a lot of couches/furniture of looking too upright, but I can live with it. The costume trunk is a hoot! Gameplay is pretty fun. I like the fact that you can set reactions to your Sims about how they would feel if their partner had various degrees of romance with other Sims. Great build, I saw this last night on the gallery. I am glad they have allowed to do apartments on penthouse lots. I have been fixing/updating some of the poorly built existing residences in the Lovestruck region myself. Happy Building

Idea on how to stick toilet paper roll on the side of the cabinetry that you placed in the master bath - place short wall the height of the cabinet - place toilet paper roll - remove short wall using the X (Console - not sure how to do it on PC - but not using the hammer) the toilet paper roll should remain. Also - I LOVE this version of bathroom sinks - ingenious idea.
