Do you go to a place to print these or do you print them at home? Whenever I print things at Kinkos or at home, it gets that grainy, streaky look. I'm curious how you go your question mark blocks to look so professional.
Printer quality definitely makes a difference. I have a color laser printer. Printing at a local print shop should give you a better quality if your home printer is not working for you.
