Can't speak on in person but be very wary of their online/virtual program. It is the definition of money grab in combination with dumbster fire.
I've been doing these to strengthen my core for 5 months. I have a c4 incomplete sci, and wonder why I get this shock in my back when I try to do more than 10 reps. Is that just weakness?
Please make sure to check with your medical professional about any potential injuries and neurological issues
