Sorry for the weird camera angle. I'm trying out new ways to watch movement of my head and hands while on course for further improvement. Because the Genesis threw a wheel bearing Saturday night, i Co-Drove a Kia Stinger GT on street tires for this day. Load of fun. (Def beat the owner by 3 seconds too lol)

Old block I got when I got my new forester (video coming soon). Previous owner had run this motor and a couple others apparently, completely out of oil. Bearings were all shot. Rods are done. And crankshaft is garbage. Thanks for watching!

Running my fastest time of the day with a 43.8. Driving my buddies 1999 Mazda Miata, because my Subaru was having braking issues.

Angle is kind of not the best for showing the slides, but it works. We didnt have the noise suppressor to remove wind noise unfortunately. It was my first run at this course so it's slow and sloppy. I averaged about 50-60 mph. I hit the grass a few minutes in and i caught traction with only that tire and the rest of the car wanted to keep sliding. Scary, but when in doubt, power out!!
