I guess the 2nd and the 8th chord are E7 that sound more close to the Eagle's version.

The chords are really simple and easy to do on their own but I still can't do the D to F switch without having to pause for a millisecond more than I need to without breaking the flow. Also the C to Dm, same issue. Been practicing this song for a month now, idk if I'm even getting better. Maybe I'm going for perfect too early since I've only been playing the guitar for 4 months.
