Sorry for the late response but yes you to twist the string at the bottom in order for it to align use a vice grip if you have on that’s mounted to a table it makes it much easier
@@LS-DAVID ah yes np ive done put my level kit on already and that step what made my whole process hard as hell I didnt have a table vice clamp but i improvised and figured it out at the end

How did you go by wiring the passenger side fog did you tie it into the the driver side
The harness I ordered had both passenger and driver side spliced together all I had to do was connect it to the fog light fuse the link to the harness should be in the description

Yea it’s still working great on the truck even after a year I haven’t had any issues with it at all
Man look in your glove box, look for AP8 if you have that option code just buy remote start key fobs. Program them.

I haven’t got the chance yet to buy the device that changes the miles on the odometer but Ik you can get some on eBay or Amazon I just haven’t bought one yet

@@mambito14 nomas ciertos models tiene ese opción de remote start pero como el mío es un LS no viene con ese función porque es el modelo más simple de lo que tiene Chevy, pero pal Sierra también puede comprar el aparato que yo usé para tener el remote start debe de quedarle
Just did this on my 2010 extended cab 2500hd and it went pretty smooth about 1.5 hours.I already had the grinder and drill bit from installing the 2015 rear bumper on my truck.
Where did you get your led headlights from? And what brand?

Do you have the OEM Bose premium speakers in the truck? Trying to install on my silverado while using the Bose speaker and adding a aftermarket sub/amp but tutorial video I watched said I needed a harness to connect the sub to bypass the OEM Bose amplifier or else it would cause sound issues. Any help is appreciated!
My bad for taking long to respond but no I don’t have the Bose system since mine is an LS model the audio is all basic but I did switch the speakers to some skars
If those clips break off which are made of plastic, then it will be metal on metal contact and make a lot of noise. Also, I saw that you can swap in the 2014 to 2018 rear seats are a bolt on. The front seats would require a different style bracket.
I see what you mean I just realized now that 2 of them are missing the plastic clips I have the old ones off my cloth seats that I will probably switch them over too the leather ones if they make a lot of noise but thanks for the info man I completely forgot about those clips

If your talking about the blue wire I just hooked it up to the panel that is on the bottom of the driver seat I’m pretty sure I show it in the vid where I hooked it up

I would recommend sealing them cause the pair I got moisture would get in but it could Just be my pair that was like that but I would still recommend sealing them up just incase with some clear sealant

Mirrors came out pretty good from far away. Get a LTZ grille brother color matched. Also debating for myself to either do color match bow tie or gloss black bow tie
Not a bad idea I’ve been looking at this HD grills as well and I may get one of those instead down the road but for now I’ll upgrade my stereo which I just ordered and I’ll post a video on that

Did this set ever mess up your wiring? My autozone person said that some of these things can mess up your wiring, and by that she meant that it can randomly have your windows roll up or down, radio turns off and on, electrical problems in general.
Not at all I still have it on my truck and it hasn’t messed anything up the whole truck still works the same I’ve had no issues with it.
