Welcome to Ubuntu Luxury Villa, located in South Africa’s safari capital Hoedspruit. Situated on a secluded and private spot on the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate where wildlife such as impala, zebra and giraffe roams free.
Ubuntu Villa has three, non-smoking rooms with en suite bathrooms (two even have an outside shower!). It has a large inside living area with a fully equipped kitchen, outside patio and dining area, elevated viewing deck, boma and expansive pool. It has been styled with your comfort and convenience in mind, featuring high quality soft furnishings, original art works made by owner Anouk and all modern conveniences you would want.
The villa is located just outside town and it's only a 5 minute drive to the nearest supermarket. Hoedspruit has many restaurants, shops and it is a 45 minute drive to the famous Kruger National Park and the spectacular Blyde River Canyon.

Blyde Dam overflowing after summer rains
Join us on a trip to the Blyde Dam, located in the Blyde Dam Nature Reserve. Only a 30-minute drive from Ubuntu Luxury Villa. The dam started overflowing since December 27th 2023, after the Christmas rains. It’s always spectacular to see when the river is full and the dam is overflowing.
There’s a short walk down towards the dam wall, it’s wise to wear sneakers or walking shoes.

Hey there! What are the conditions of a self drive safari on the hoedspruit wildlife estate? Can you go on all of the dirt "roads" where the guided safaris take place? And what do you have to pay? And how does the concept of a self-walk safari work? Wouldn't that be to dangerous? Thanks for answering in advance, Jonathan :)
