This is why women CAN'T be PASTORS | Bible Study
Does the bible really allow women to preach and teach in the church and take the role of pastor?
1 Timothy 2:12-14 And I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man, but to be in silence. For Adam was formed first, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived, fell into transgression.

    One thing I'd argue is that in 1 Timothy 2:11-12, it says women shouldn't teach men. Period. There's no distinction between a church setting or otherwise. It doesn't matter if it's preaching to a congregation, making a TH-cam video or having a one on one conversation with a man about scripture. I don't even care if it's preaching the gospel, women shouldn't be preaching the gospel to men. I don't care if Priscilla did it in the Bible, that was an exception. The Bible says women should remain silent. Period. No matter the setting.

      I create these videos for women not for men, but if men come to listen to what I’m saying, then they’re the ones in error. If you choose to come and listen to my ministry then you’re the one in sin.

    And too, Titus 2:3-5 may be fitting. "Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. Then they can urge the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God." I think your TH-cam videos are fine given this scripture. God bless you!

    When Hannah--also in the days of the judges--offered her son Samuel to God, his was a life of service to God (1 Samuel 11-25). God gave Hannah more children. Albeit, Samuel also had children (1 Samuel 8:1,2). Jepthah sacrificed his posterity--no grandchildren or great-grandchildren. Jewish Rabbi David Kimchi (1211 A.D.), asserts that Jepthah did not offer his daughter for a burnt offering.

    I don’t know why this is such a controversial subject. The Bible is very clear in black and white false teachers and pastors allow this perversion to go on, and they will suffer greatly. God bless you for trying to be a catalyst for the truth in a world full of lies, may every woman who stands to preach or pastor, be convicted and sit down And restore some order to the church of Jesus Christ.

    Not sure men understand leadership, for if they did, it would be less about lording it over others and more about sacrificial service. Perhaps in this sense alone, women have always been the true leaders in the church.

    Do you take the same stance about head covering not being cultural for the same reason?

    • @jazgonebible
      @jazgonebible หลายเดือนก่อน

      Head covering symbolizes the fact that the women, or wives, are meant to be in submission to their husbands. Paul doesn’t instruct women to wear a head covering all the time, he only instructs them to wear a head covering when they pray or prophesy publicly in church. I do also think head coverings were a cultural issue, like greeting one another with a holy kiss (1 Thess 5:26, 1 Corin 16:20, 2 Corin 13:12, Romans 16:16). The difference with women pastors in 1 Timothy 2:12-14 is that Paul specifically appeals to the created order in Genesis 1 and the deception of the women in Genesis 3. This then implies that the issue is more than cultural.

    Good morning Jasmin! So my church never allowed women Pastors until 10yo now there are 3 up there and I beleive my church is in direct rebellion and disobedience! I'm praying on where to fellowship but first, I want to tell my Pastor it is wrong. I do wonder will they enter heaven if they don't stop and repent. Most say Acts 2 gives them the authority to preach b/c God poured out his Spirit on "all flesh" they are bold and don't want to hear the truth. I also wonder about divorced men can they Pastor? I'm talking about saved married men who divorced their wives remarried and some have divorced the second wife and remain single but still say they are qualified to Pastor. I say no but people will distort scripture to make it convenient for them. And the congregation allows it.

    • @jazgonebible
      @jazgonebible หลายเดือนก่อน

      In reference to Acts 2, I think my point on prophesy would be made. Anyone can prophesy, but that doesn't give them authority to teach in the church. I would also question the divorced men being qualified. I personally wouldn't agree, but I definitely agree with you that people distort scripture to suit their circumstances and the congregation accepts it because they are either not studying for themselves, or perhaps some just don't know where else to go.

    Thank you for sharing. My former church had female pastors. When I had told the pastor that I was leaving, the first thing he told me is the church I will be attending does not believe in women being pastors. I really didn't understand the roles since I was a new believer at that time but as I continued to read the Bible, the Holy Spirit started to help me understand. You had mentioned in your video that the prophet Samuel had the wicked sons and if I remember correctly I believe it was Eli the priest with the wicked sons. Thanks again for this teaching. I enjoy your and your hubby Caleb's videos. God bless.

    • @jazgonebible
      @jazgonebible หลายเดือนก่อน

      I cringe when I see women preaching because it's really going against God's word. You are right that Eli's sons were wicked, but the bible also says that Samuels son's were wicked and they did not follow the same path as Samuel. If you refer to 1 Samuel 8:1-5

    I heard the moon is rusting, or something is slowly causing the moon to turn a reddish color over time. I'm not sure how truthful that is. I saw some video on it. Not everything happens suddenly, but it is possible that there could be something going on in space that causes the moon to be red on that day, as it describes in the bible.

      Your comment has really helped this video, so thanks so much. I don’t know where you get the idea that Christians live a sad life. They are the happiest people I know. From what I see, it’s the non Christian’s who don’t have anything to live for or live purely for themselves that are the most sad.

    Blessings. This was an event that has already happened and will happen again. The 6th trumpet had happened at the end of the prophesied time in Daniel where the word of God fled from the European countries into the wilderness during the Dark ages and just before the end of that time, it was cut short or no Christian would be alive due to the Vatican's attack on Christianity who martyred millions of Christians just for owning a copy of the Bible. It all came to an end when the French who were tired of the religious power, stormed the papacy and the pope of that time received his deadly wound ending the papacy for that time. That's when the signs and wonders were shown in the sky. There was a dark day that was unexplainable as a simple bushfire could not create a darkened day so far away however the enemy likes to pervert the truth. Then at that time was an earthquake before recorded history in Lisbon and was classes and the largest earthquake and it triggered a tsunami. Then the last thing was Leonid meteor shower. Witnesses say it was like snow. There was a blood moon during the events leading to the dark day of new England in The US/Canada. These events can definitely happen again. In Revelation 16 at the 5th and 6th bowl. There will be darkness then at the seventh bowl the fire will fall from the sky and a massive earthquake that will destroy everything left on earth and all will fall into the sea as the believing will be caught up on not the air to be with the Lord for 1000 years before they Kingdom comes to the most holy place, Jerusalem. God bless

    Hello! Thanks for the video, such an interesting topic! My friends and I have discussed this as well. My go-to passage is the one you read in Luke 16 about Lazarus and the rich man. However, I don’t understand it to say that those in heaven can see us on earth, or even those in hell, but I understand it to say that those in hell can see those in heaven. It speaks about the rich man seeing Lazarus in peace and comfort… it doesn’t say anything about Lazarus being able to see the rich man (or people on earth). So I’m thinking that might possibly mean: part of being “in the place of torment,” separated from the Lord, is seeing those who are with Him, in heaven. I could be wrong, but that’s how I understand it. Blessings❤️

    I appreciate your perspective, but I have a different one. I’m not going to address the passages, but since you did mention what you thought was logically probable, I draw the opposite conclusion for the following reasons. The only way to deny that the souls in heaven are unaware of us here on Earth is to attribute to them either ignorance or indifference. But both of those attributions entail that they are not in heaven because if they’re in the presence of God, who is truth itself, the fullness of truth from which everything flows, then they can’t be ignorant - at least not more ignorant than they were in life. If they’re in the presence of God who is love itself, the fullness of charity itself, then they can’t be indifferent - at least not more indifferent than they were in life about their brothers and sisters on Earth. So the implication is obvious. If the spirits in heaven are unaware of their brethren in Christ on Earth, then they’re not in heaven. But the Bible is very clear that with the Ascension of Christ all of the justified spirits of the dead are in heaven with him. If we deny their awareness of us, then we have to explain it either in terms of ignorance or indifference - far more ignorance and indifference than they had even on Earth, which is exactly backwards from what we would expect to be the case if they are in the presence of God since the presence of perfect light and love does not darken the intellect or harden the heart. We’d have to assume that the souls in heaven are not participating in God’s knowledge and love even though they are there because if they are then they would know more and love more than they did in life. Such a state would perfect the virtues they had before, not diminish them. It seems to me that if they are unaware of us, then it would be easier to believe that they’re not in heaven (as with the state of most of the righteous dead before the New Covenant), or they’re in an unconscious state like soul sleep.
