They take hundreds of years to fragment into microplastics and then nanoplastics, which will eternally contaminate the air, water and food for all future generations. We mustn't give the impression that after a few centuries there's no longer a problem. No, the problem is getting worse every day because of the fragmentation of the millions of tonnes of plastic lost in nature, dumped in landfill sites. Even burnt plastics are eternally toxic because of the highly toxic fumes and combustion residues.

Female Elephants will even carry 50% of a bulls weight for the duration of mating (2-3 TONS) if a few hundred pounds can destroy their back then mating would of long done it. Also their spine is almost identical to a horses in how it is. Are you gonna say horses can't carry people to now? Had this talked about the horrific conditions some illegal riding places have for their Elephants I'd of been I'm agreement. But Elephants can carry people. Very easily at that.
